What is Dopamine and why is it killing our Imaan.

Do you recall the days when we would actually read the Quran and other Islamic books or when we even used to make Dhikr. Maybe we still do, but you must admit it's not as much as it used to be.

Do you remember reading the Signs of the Final Hour - do you remember the feeling of "what else will happen next"?

Social Media Giants have created this artificial way to increase Dopamine effects in us and they openly admit that this was their idea and plan from day 1!

This article is about the neurotransmitter and not the medication.

Are you addicted to social media? Does your heart skip a beat when you receive a Tweet? If the answer is yes, then you can blame your brain, or rather, a particular chemical in it called dopamine.

And while the world becomes even more engrossed in social media, so do individuals who display addiction tendencies to certain sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, What's App, Messenger and so on.

In the brain, dopamine functions as a neurotransmitter—a chemical released by neurons (nerve cells) to send signals to other nerve cells. The brain includes several distinct dopamine pathways, one of which plays a major role in the motivational component of reward-motivated behavior. The anticipation of most types of rewards increases the level of dopamine in the brain, and many addictive drugs increase dopamine neuronal activity. Other brain dopamine pathways are involved in motor control and in controlling the release of various hormones. These pathways and cell groups form a dopamine system which is neuromodulatory.

Inside the brain, dopamine plays important roles in executive functions, motor control, motivation, arousal, reinforcement, and reward, as well as lower-level functions including lactation, sexual gratification, and nausea.

Dopamine is the cause of our ADDICTION to Social Media and the cause of us getting further and further away from Allah!

When Dopamine Meets Social Media

When someone receives an alert or notification on Facebook, this can be referred to as a "conditioned stimulus," Dr. Delgado says, "because it predicts a potential reward," like a new friend request or "like."

"Dopamine is involved in responding to this conditioned stimulus because it has learned that the stimulus predicts a reward."

Dopamine, therefore, could be one reason why many of us can't resist scrolling down and checking Facebook, or indeed setting up the notifications on the device so it "pings" with delight — and that's one reason for why they are addictive — and dopamine knows this.

"It [dopamine] has learned the association between stimulus and reward — and in this case, it's the reinforced behavior of checking the phone or device," says Dr. Delgado.

But when that alert turns out to be just an update or an advert, this is called a "prediction error," Dr. Delgado says. "Where the reward is less than expected and it devalues the experience. In this case, dopamine codes the prediction error signal and it helps adjusts expectations."

Not only are we GLUED to our device, we are moving away from reality. We are creating a fake life, we are selling our information for free, we are selling out soul!

A very hard hitting video that will prove to you that these GIANTS are doing this INTENTIONALLY

www.youtube.com/watch?v=I0oL4MAOku8

Ask your self Why they're doing this?

If I said we are being lured by the flute of Dajjal, you'd say I'm stupid. But fact is, majority of these technological advances are nurturing us to become slaves of Shaitan and ready to jump into what will appear as Paradise when Dajjal shows it to the people.

TBC InshaAllah.

Silicon Valley is keen to exploit the brain chemical credited with keeping us tapping on apps and social media

The Gaurdian

In an unprecedented attack of candour, Sean Parker, the 38-year-old founding president of Facebook, recently admitted that the social network was founded not to unite us, but to distract us. “The thought process was: ‘How do we consume as much of your time and conscious attention as possible?’” he said at an event in Philadelphia in November. To achieve this goal, Facebook’s architects exploited a “vulnerability in human psychology”, explained Parker, who resigned from the company in 2005. Whenever someone likes or comments on a post or photograph, he said, “we… give you a little dopamine hit”. Facebook is an empire of empires, then, built upon a molecule.

Why did I drag Dajjal into this? Well here is a small insight.

When we were kids, we were told that Dajjal will play Music and anyone who listens to this music, we will follow him and become one of his followers - hence a Kafir.

So what has that got to do with tech and Dajjal? Is technology being inspired by Dajjali helpers in order to prepare us for the future?

Who is The Father of Space Age? - How Technology is opening the doors for the greater fitnah!

Shaykh Hamza Yusuf - Dajjal, Technology, NASA, Jack Parsons

Jack Parsons as mentioned in the above audio.
Parsons professed to embody an entity named Belarion Armillus Al Dajjal, the Antichrist "who am come [sic] to fulfill the law of the Beast 666 [Aleister Crowley]"

If you read about this guy, you will see how he was indulged in all sorts of magic.

Now what's ^^^ this got to do with the topic?

Well the topic title had to be something that would attract attention, just like how social media works right. Did it work, of course it did :) It was a small amount of Dopamine.

Technology, where does it come from? who invented these wonders? How did they come across it?

Well, Muslims came across some of the works of Harut and Marut and used it in a positive way and learnt art that was not known or heard of before. They became the pioneers of inventions - Thus Muslim Inventions

Many of these findings were left untouched and then reclaimed by Satanic forces.

Satanic forces also took knowledge from the teachings of Harut and Marut - and till today, they are still in search for the hidden teachings.

In order to find the magic spells they occupied Al-Quds (where Prophet Sulaiman was), destroyed Iraq (where Babylon is) and much much more.

They came in the form of the Crusaders, The Knight Templars, Zionists, etc. etc. Many powerful nations spent billions on excavations to find what? Old pots and pans? No, to find the scrolls.

They did succed to a certain extent. They found many formulas that would lead them to great technological advances.

Slowly but surely, we are being nurtured into every single invention of theirs and already in their grasps. So when we say Dajjal will play his music and those who follow, will fail - well, we're already falling!

Can this be true? Is Dajjal making use of the Magic of Harut and Marut, if so How?

Kabala - the name taken/given for the findings of the Magic taught by Harut and Marut.

Is Dopamine going to be like the music Dajjal will play?

Any useful technology can be used by us. We must make positive use of IT and not let IT use us!

Quote:
Dopamine inspires us to take actions to meet our needs and desires – anything from turning up the heating to satisfying a craving to spin a roulette wheel – by anticipating how we will feel after they’re met.

How so?

A real life example:

A Muslim boy and his friends are all into likes, they do some of the strangest things just to get a like. This particular Muslim boy climbed out of the third floor window, walked along the ledge at midnight and climbed on top of the roof. For what? To get the best Snapchat post!

SubhanAllah, to what extent will people go just to feed their nafs. They are doing it for worldly pleasure, to show off, to impress, to be liked, to be a daredevil....

All this for a LIKE.

The boy could've been killed.

Dopamine lead him to fulfil more of his desires - to get more likes - but will this desire be the cause of shirk? Pleasing the incorrect Desire's

Former Facebook and Google workers launch campaign to fight tech addiction

Reformed techies have united to launch a campaign to put pressure on technology companies to make their products less addictive and manipulative.

“Truth About Tech” is the brainchild of the Center for Humane Technology, a group of former Facebook and Google employees dedicated to “reversing the digital attention crisis and realigning technology with humanity’s best interests” and is funded by Common Sense, a not-for-profit that promotes safe technology and media for children.

The campaign will include educational material aimed at families highlighting the potential harm caused by digital platforms and outlining techniques for mitigating the addictive properties of tech, for example turning off notifications and changing the screen to greyscale. There will also be a lobbying push around the issue calling for policymakers to regulate tech companies using manipulative practices and the two organisations will develop standards of ethical design to help the industry discourage digital addiction.

The Center for Humane Technology is led by former Google design ethicist Tristan Harris and former Facebook investor and adviser Roger McNamee.

“Tech companies are conducting a massive, real-time experiment on our kids, and, at present, no one is really holding them accountable,” said Common Sense’s CEO, James Steyer, warning that tech companies’ attention-grabbing business models may hurt “the social, emotional and cognitive development of kids”.

“When parents learn how these companies can take advantage of our kids, they will join us in demanding the industry change its ways and improve certain practices.”

According to research by Common Sense, teenagers consume an average of nine hours of media per day, while tweens consume six hours. A separate study by psychologist Jean Twenge found that heavy users of digital media are 56% more likely to say they are unhappy and 27% more likely to be depressed.

This is the latest chapter in a rising backlash against big tech. Many former employees of large Silicon Valley firms have offered sharp critiques of the industry.

In November, Facebook’s founding president, Sean Parker, said the social network knew from the outset it was creating something that exploited a “vulnerability in human psychology”.

“God only knows what it’s doing to our children’s brains,” he said.

In January, the Salesforce CEO, Marc Benioff, said that Facebook should be regulated like the cigarette industry.

In order to continue with this craze and feeding of Dopamine, we need to now re-agree with all social media outlets. This is due to the new legislation of GDPR (General data protection regulation) This comes into force on 25th May 2018.

Now's your chance to look at what you're signing up to and what privileges you loose.

Here's a sneak preview of what instagram is asking you to sign up to. Remember, this is just a tiny part of the lengthy T&C's the Shaitan wants us to agree to!

Go ahead and agree to continue liking anything and everything, keep checking for this likes.

We all know that face book gathers all the information we view, share, like, dislike and so on and builds up a profile them creates algorithms to point us in directions they want us to go to. They are dictating to us what to do and we do exactly what they want, artificially, subconsciously.

BUT, once out of facebook, they don't stop following us.

If we visit a webpage with a facebook button or something similar, they STILL track us and gather information about what we search, when we search, why we search and so on. This then creates an even larger algorithm for them to send us in the direction they want.

This way, the Dopamine effect becomes stronger and stronger.

They succeed in making us into zombies, only interested in one thing - checking what's the latest!

Lesser Dhikr, lesser Quran, lesser Salah, delayed Salah, qadha Salah, futile ads, futile pop-ups, nudity, swearing, porn and the list gets worse. Mission accomplished, the work of Shaitan made very easy.

Dopamine has many positives to it and are much needed in the body - but these would be limited to "normal" every day activity and not artificial (abnormal) levels.

Some may say it is positive whilst others may feel it is negative sinceDopamine Speeds up Our Internal Clock

Our sense of time is far from constant. For instance, time flies when we are having fun, and it slows to a trickle when we are bored.

Brain dopamine system regulates our internal clock speed. Dopamine adjusts both time perception, in the seconds-to-minutes range, and the timing of movement.

Increasing dopamine (by stimulants such as amphetamine) increases clock speed, while dopamine receptor blockers (such as haloperidol) decrease clock speed.

Substances such as nicotine and marijuana also speed up the internal clock.

The ‘internal clock’, is abnormally slow in Parkinson’s disease.

Time estimation is also impaired in patients with schizophrenia or patients with structural damage to certain brain regions, resulting from traumatic brain injury

Excess Dopamine Social media plays a big part in creating an extra dose of dopamine - This, as mentioned earlier was the aims and objectives to social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Whats App etc.
  • Excess Dopamine May Cause Schizophrenia
  • Dopamine Can Fuel Drug Addiction
  • Dopamine is Involved in Porn Addiction (and Other Behavioral Addictions)
  • Dopamine and Serotonin Affect Weight
  • High Levels of Dopamine Can Cause Aggression
  • High Dopamine Decreases Empathy and Cooperation
  • Dopamine Can Cause Constipation
  • Dopamine Excess May Cause Vitamin B6 Deficiency

Google is secretly building a social-gaming startup called Arcade

Google is reportedly helping young tech entrepreneur Michael Sayman build and launch a social gaming startup.
Bloomberg reports that the project — called Arcade — won’t be tied to any existing social networks; instead, users will create accounts based off their phone number. The games might involve some trivia elements.

Google confirmed Arcade’s existence to Bloomberg but provided no details other than the project being “focused on mobile gaming with friends.”

So while this sounds like an extremely nascent endeavor, it appears Google is taking cues from live trivia game HQ. Those live trivia sessions can reach millions of users and have created real-world social gatherings where colleagues, friends, and families get together for a game. Bloomberg says Google won’t tie Arcade to a specific social platform because the game will generate its own place for users to hang out, which HQ demonstrates could work out just fine.
