Assalamu Alaikum,
Today i found out some one in my family put an amulet in my room, i don't know why it is done, i don't believe in them.
i would like to know what is this amulet is for, i have a picture of it, attached bellow.

i would like to get an explanation (what is it for or what is says) so that i can ask who did it and confront him or her.

Can any one help me on this, or give me suggestion?

The amulet contains Surah Ikhlaas but I don't know what it says in the middle box. The text looks like it says, Bismillah (complete) in the first line and Shaitan, Firoun, haman, ......

I don't know why Surah Ikhlas has to be written in boxes and why such other names are written inside.

Amulets are permitted as long as they don't contain any shirk in them. Please have this verified by competent Ulama.

Edit Update: Apologies for replying in the Fiqh section. As I was using the app, I didn't realise which section I was in, even though I could've scrolled up and taken a look. (the reply box didn't display anything before typing)
