Little Girls and Maktab-Madrasah Age?

Q:) Until what age can girls be taught at a Maktab/Madrasah?

A:) There is no harm if girls upto 6-7 are taught at the Madrasah provided that they are supervised and it is ensured that they don't learn bad habits/morals. Girls of 8-9 should be prevented from coming to the Maktab/Madrasah

I have been through the following sources in chronological order in the last 2 days

3. Imdadul-Fatawa of Shaykh (Maulana) Ashraf Ali Thanwi (RA) x 6 Volume
4. Fatawa-e-Mahmoodiya by Shaykh (Mufti) Mahmood Hasan Gangohi (RA) x 25 Volumes
5. Ahsanul-Fatawa by Shaykh (Mufti) Rasheed Ahmed Ludhyanwi (RA) x 10 Volumes

And I have been unable to find any reference to age in context with being Haram or Makrooh and this Fatwa is the closest which I found.
