Salam, Since yesterday there's been an issue where entering the forum logs you out. This has now been fixed (19/10/2012) - Jazakallah rizmalek for reporting this. Wassalam
I seem to have to log in everytime I enter the site. Once I click on Login/register above, I get connected automatically. This was never the case before.
Salam, no nothing has changed since the fix. It shouldn't log you out at all. If you are using a decent browser, you should be able to clear all cookies from this web site only. If you clear the cookies from muftisays, see if it fixes the issue. If you can't access the cookies from this site only, let me know and I'll make a page to do it for you.
Sorry about this, but I think I may have found my solution.
I was going straight to .com/forums page and here I needed to log in all the time (since my return). But now I just tried the home page direct, I wasn't logged in there, so I logged in selected the Remember Me tab and closed all windows. Once I had done this, I opened the explorer again and went straight to the /forums page and I WAS logged.
I think the solution was to log into the home page and save it there.
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
