Unable to logon for the last few days, couldn't access the logon page.

Now I can get to the page, but the correct UserID & Password does nothing

incorrect UserID & Password gives an error, "Login failed. Please ensure your username and password is correct and that the caps lock is not on if case sensitive. "

@Admin, Any idea what the issue was?
