im not being argumentative i asked a simple question, and it just seems that you guys have a 'crew', you back each other up without answering a simple question. and because i asked you guys to clarify which not one of you seem able to do that makes me argumentative?? why not ask someone outside your crew if im being argumentative. very very simple question why did you brothers advise caution againt hamza yusuf and why cant you give a simple clearcut answer

Answer to your question:

Caution is advised due to some of the questionable things he has said in many talks and interviews. If you want to find out more then please research or you can ask in a new thread by registering and logging in. The advise is not from "you brothers" but from many Ulamaa. Please don't expect everything to be answered as they're dedication on this site is not to answer queries in threads where they're sharing information.

CAUTION: Wet Floor
Means be careful as the floor may be wet.

Will you not take caution and demand to know "WHY" it's wet? Read into the objective and not the reason. The purpose of the caution here is obviously "contents" and for that you will have to check up on it and ask in a genuine manner without derailing a thread promoting something positive. Jazakallah

This post has been reported. It could be due to breaking rules or something as simple as bad use of bbcodes which breaks the page format. We will attend to this soon.

jazakallahu khairan brother, i will try read through it iA, but if what some i have just skimmed through is true then it is correct to advise caution however still not reason to call him names. may allah guide us all
