This was a fantastic read and very very true.

Alhumdulillah we have no idea who this example is of, but the truth is the truth and the lessons within are also true.

Why people are causing such an issue is beyond me.

Brother Muadh is an asset to MuftiSays and I'm sure admin will agree regardless of the petty comments in the blog.

NOTE: had brother Muadh decided to not to approve the comments, we would never know what non sense people produce.

W.Salam.

We make judgement calls in life on many occasions and there is every possibility that since I am human I have misunderstood and made a mistake.

There is also every possibility that I haven’t articulated my thoughts properly.

There is also every possibility that I have not been able to conduct the matter with the full Adab and decorum required to raise my points considering the high rank and stature of the Mashaykh involved (which I haven’t disclosed).

I am willing to discuss this with anybody and anywhere and absolutely willing to listen to their point of view and I have contacted various people including Ulamah, Moderators and Vice-Ameer of the forum. But what they have done is abusively slandered me, Muftisays (which have nothing to do with this as the disclaimer reads) and then deleted the response (not posted by me) and unwilling to even remotely consider the possibility that slandering someone and then blocking their views (in response) is unjust, unfair and unIslamic.

Response can be read

I sent all of this to the Vice Ameer with my concerns that I have been blocked from responding (on my behalf) and he responded with a correction on my spelling of Jazakullah Khairun and nothing else.

More importantly, when you give your opinion on something you fully expect other people to disagree and also give their opinions and make judgement calls on yourself.

But I am not sure how people live with the feeling that one day they will be answerable to Allah (SWT) for their actions of this world.

This will neither deter me from continuing to point out what I personally feel to be errors (and every possibility that I may be wrong) nor will it fill me with anger to target Sunniforum but I will point out the unIslamic practise in this case because there are others who suffer in the same manner.

We are all Muslims and we all may differ and disagree with each other at one point or another but we are required to clean up the hearts and to not let hate settle in our hearts. I tried to reach a Scholar on Sunniforum clearly stating that I don’t want to debate with him (just want to talk) and I wish I could reproduce his response.

Regretful and deeply disappointing as one would not expect this sort of behavior from people striving to be on the Sunnah.  It makes me all the more convinced that there is a genuine problem with Tassawuff and Tableegh in our times and the minute you articulate your views (no matter how politely) you will get personally targeted, abused and slandered at every opportunity.

It also puts a lot of refutation work by (Indian/Pakstani) Deobandees in context specially Dr Israr Ahmed (RA). All the guy did was to call towards the re-establishment of Khilafah and teach Qur’aanic Tafseer from Deobandi Tafseer for over 40 years while giving up his successful medical career and living in a small apartment. He never slandered anyone, never rejected Taqleed, never disrespected any Ulamah or Mashaykh. He only committed two crimes:

  1. He said that Modern Tassawuff is not the sort of Bay't which is required for Jihad and Khilafah
  2. He spent 3 years with Tableeghi Jamaat, always appreciated their work but stated that their strategy may not to change for the establishment of Khilafah

All his life until he said I am but human and I make mistakes and I don’t call for you to join my Jamaat, join whichever Jamaat is working towards the establishment of Khilafah, I also have a small Jamaat which is doing the same and if it suits you, you are welcome.

Deobandees cannot find much factually wrong with him (unlike Maulana Maududi (RA)) but still refuted him.

Also (unlike Maulana Maududi (RA)) in his lifetime he commnicated to the Ulamah when they wrote about him even offered to travel and explain his position in detail in person and sent invitations to Ulamah for every convention he organised until his last day. Continued to visit Ulamah and explaining his position until the last day and in the worst of health in his last days recorded the youtube video on the subject.

On his passing away all we got was an acknowledgement by Shaykh (Mufti) Rafi Usmani (HA) that he dedicated over 40 years of his life to Islam, nothing to the fact that for decades he was the only one who took Barelwees, Qadiyanees, Modernists, Secularists head on Pakistani National TV and defended Niqab, segregation, impermissibility of Interest , rejection of Hadeeth and every topic under the sun Pakistani media could throw at the masses!
