Bismillahi 'r-Rahmani 'r-Raheem

Are there any benefits of human saliva, particularly morning saliva?

Apply morning saliva on a zit or pimple to get rid of it.

Some people say that it is good to apply it on skin in case of eczema.

assalamu alaykum,

I don't know what the food is like in Pakistan, but if you're living in the West, minimizing consumption of junk food and milk decreases acne significantly.
I don't know about eczema, I get in on the face in winter. It's very common here but doctors don't really know why, they'll just prescribe you some topical cream.

I also have eczema on my neck. It becomes significant typically in winters. I read somewhere that its cure is, not to rub that place no matter how itchy it feels.
But, according to my experience, it is very difficult to practice this tip.

one thing to keep in mind is that most of the olive oils in grocery stores are stale and often cut with other oils so very unhealthy. there's a lot of blatant fraud in the olive oil market and most consumers are oblivious to it. according to one study in america, most people's idea of olive oil, when it comes to taste and smell, is based on stale and non-virgin olive oil (because that's all they've ever been exposed to).

to date, i've never got a chance to have proper extra virgin olive oil. i heard in italy and spain, they even sip it out of glasses.
