Sorry, I didn't find any other thread to post this.

Regarding astronaut passing through radiation belt, defender present this example.

We witness this every year on Ashura night and in hindu festivals.

Pacing is part of the secret to walking on hot coals: too slow and the coals have a chance to burn your feet. Too fast and your feet will sink deeper into the layer of ash, also increasing your chances of being burned. Those who master the art of firewalking walk swiftly without rushing.

So, who better than an astro-not to clearly state that they didn't go through radiation. Then quickly changes his mind. Perhaps the radiation caused a slip-up in his memoirs :)

Then listen further....What is he talking about when he says "That wasn't even discovered yet!" Is he trying to say they went to the moon because some of the things being discussed now were not known then, hence, possible!

I think, they were not affected by the radiation because they trained in "Mind over Matter" and didn't feel a thing :)

I was celebrating "Aah, I shut him".
