Alhamdolillah my wife is expecting soon. I request everyone to make dua for her and the child. I just wanted to ask people what is helpful during pregnancy. For instance relevant duas, which foods make delivery easier and ease the pains that a woman may experience during pregnancy. Any exercises/stretches that are helpful. Jazakallahu khairan
