As said earlier a few brothers were suggesting that a separate thread be made on this topic where all the letters.. audio clips etc were collected at one place so it becomes easier to access..
Before i begin a thought lingered that i should give a brief intro of this lowly self.. so that later on people reading this thread would be clear on my leaning and affiliations..
From professional side iam a medical doctor, Specialist in Internal Medicine and have been writing on this forum and the erstwhile sunniforum.com with the same user id..
I belong to the Shafi'i Madhhab (hereditary, not acquired) and my Aqaid are those of ulema e Deoband..
الحمد لله My bond with Tableegh grew as as a youngster to spending 4 months from Markaz Nizamuddin in 2008.. thats where i did bayat to my Shaikh Hazrat Miyanji Abdur Rahman sahab رحمة الله عليه about whom u can read here..
الحمد لله after completion of 4 months, i stayed there another 1 month as a personal physician of my shaikh رحمة الله عليه on the request of his son Maulana Abdul Hannan sahab who was leaving on a Madrasa tour and there was none to take care of Hazrat رحمة الله عليه as he was unwell..
This was the time when i got to learn quite a lot about the hidden gems there.. and would return again to spend time every six months in the company of my Shaikh رحمة الله عليه ..
After Hazrat رحمة الله عليه passed away i did bayat with Hazrat Maulana Syed Mukarram Hussain Sansarpuri sahab (db) who is amongst the the very few existing khulafa of Hazrat Maulana Shah Abdul Qadir sahab Raipuri رحمة الله عليه..
So this is in a nut shell.. also plz remember that while i post in this thread it only adds to my grief when i learn of the day to day happenings there..
The other reason to post is the ongoing smear campaign of lies unleashed by some zealots amongst Maulana Saad sahab's followers on the Akabir (elders) of this work.. the behavior of some is like the Shia following their Imams.. whatever proof they are presented.. they simply reject..
We make dua to Allah سبحانه وتعالى that he protects this blessed work from all evil designs.. Ameen..

This was around after time of iftar.. around eight thirty.. when people after having iftar and tea stepped outside the room.. So these people started beating.. they had brought up a lot of people .. from Jamnapar.. Mewat.. there were near around hundred to hundred and fifty people.. they also closed the gate.. then started beating people with sticks and canes.. with whatever they could.. even used iron rods.. many are injured.. whatever scuffle that occurred at Bhopal (ijtema) , with relevance to that, brother, this is a collective effort.. which could be resolved amongst ourselves.. then again after three months the violence of Mewatis occurred.. even then you took no action.. that you could step out and inquire as to why these mewatis have gathered in the masjid.. and they are turning into a mob.. the news of which reached even the police and where far & wide has it been published in newspapers.. and it got tarnished..
Who got tarnished.. the work got tarnished.. this Masjid got tarnished.. which once stood as a fort, now has been reduced to a heap of sand..
Koee bhi zara sa tinka maare aur ye poora dher hojayega.. saari jo saazishen jo chal rahi hai.. duniya ke andar vo is kaam ko napayed karne ke liye chal rahi hai.. aur jab hum hi log khokle ho jayenge to phir isko kaun sambhalega.. sambhalne walon ko paida karne wala to vo hai Allah..

" Allah سبØانه وتعالى does what He سبØانه وتعالى wants. It is his sunnah that a thing starts.., reaches its peak and then start declining. This decline does not occur at the level of ideas, this almost always occur at the level of the "Abqariat and Jamiyat" ( The proximity with Allah سبØانه وتعالى and collectivity) of personalities leading that particular effort."Tareekhe dawat o Azeemat" (Saviours of Islamic spirit) ( by Hazrat Maulana Syed Abul Hasan Ali sahab Nadwi رحمة الله عليه ) is full of such events.
There are many many hikmah in such phenomenon, the one is being to keep the Ummah safe for developing cult like structures. So one particular effort starts,achieves what was destined for it....but then a time comes when it has to be replaced.
Even in Salasil .., We have seen this phenomenon. It is like a swimming pool which is full of water and we can see the bright sun shining in it.
Then, with the passage of time,the water becomes stagnant.., impure.., polluted....and the owner of the swimming pool changes the water.
There was a time when Mujaddidiyah Silsila was the key to success..,specially when Hazrat Mujaddad رحمة الله عليه was alive...,he spoke very high of his silsila....and he was absolutely right.
At that time, the Sun was reflecting through the water of Naqshbandiah....with minimum efforts the salikeen of that silsila would reach dizzy heights....but this was not the case before or after him.
A time came when the water was changed.., and the same status was given to silsila Imdadia......but for how long? Only Allah knows.
I always think, that the key to understanding the events of this world is HISTORY.
Whether it is nations..,movements.. or personalities....whether things related to Dunya or Akhera....you see the same phenomenon repeating itself again and again.You will never see a change in the Sunna of Allah سبØانه وتعالى.
Hazrat Maulanal Ilyas sahab رحمة الله عليه was possessed by Tabligh...not because of his own thinking. When Allah سبØانه وتعالى wants something done..., He puts the importance of it in the hearts in such a powerful way that the person concerned sees nothing.. , feels nothing.., thinks of nothing.., but of that particular work.
To him that work becomes more important than his life.The whole creation seems to help him in unison to achieve his objectives. Miracles follow him, Nusrat from Allah سبØانه وتعالى remains at his side....and success beyond imagination awaits him in near future.
Then his immediate successors have the same zeal, but lesser. The one who follows them even less.....till a time comes that the people are left to their own efforts,..according to their own wisdom.....and when such hints come to fore, those who understand knows that 'the time for the change of water' has come."

So my dear brothers.. before the work leaves us.. lets all do it with the Ikhlaas that it demands..
Hope everyone here is doing well إن شاء الله.. been a longtime since i posted.. but i do check new posts time & again..
Also just back from India tour.. Nizamuddin.. Mewat.. Aligarh.. met Hazrat Miyanji Phool Muhammed sahab (db) ( A 102 yr old buzurg from the times of Hazratji Maulana Ilyas sahab رحمة الله عليه who now resides at his hometown in Mewat due to health issues ) .. Hazrat Dr Nadir Ali khan sahab (db) & our dear brother Maripat sahab.. a wonderful meeting after 5 yrs..
So on the issue being discussed here.. i refrained from posting since debates and arguments eat away precious time.. but wanted to add some details which are documented by ulema & Mashaikh..
To begin with.. the issue is not something new but decades old.. It raised its head at the demise of Hazratji Maulana Yousuf sahab رحمة الله عليه..
There is a book named Tadhkirah Hazrat Maulana Muhammed Haroon Kandhelwi رحمة الله عليه written by Hazrat Maulana Syed Muhammed Thani Hasani Nadwi رحمة الله عليه which can be found here.
It shows those delicate moments faced by his son Hazrat Maulana Haroon sahab رحمة الله عليه father of Maulana saad sahab.. a tarbiyat yafta buzurg and Khalifa of Hazrat Shaikhul Hadeeth Maulana Zakariyya sahab Kandhelwi رحمة الله عليه..
A section of Mewatis were driven by vested interests and at that time were plotting to use Hazrat Maulana Haroon sahab رحمة الله عليه into their game and wanted to make him the Ameer of Tableegh.. but Maulana رحمة الله عليه saw through them and put his foot down staying firm on the Mashwara made by Shaikhul Hadeeth Maulana Zakariyya sahab رحمة الله عليه that the next Ameer would be Hazratji Maulana Inamul Hassan sahab رحمة الله عليه
They tried their best to influence him but failed.. The New Ameer by the fadl of Allah سبØانه وتعالى took Tj to new heights.. Hazratji Maulana Inamul Hasan sahab رحمة الله عليه was also a mountain of spirituality like his predecessors.. he had also made a shura during his time.. and whatever issues rose, himself asked to keep it in the Mashwara..
unlike these Mashaikh.. Maulana saad sahab was raised with a golden spoon.. he did not witness the work progress from the previous Ameer.. nor was he there except for a few years of the last Ameer...
The Major problem here was the absence of tarbiyyah.. after Hazratji Maulana Inamul hasan sahab رحمة الله عليه passed away.. Hazrat Maulana Iftikharul Hasan sahab Kandhelwi (db) was appointed to train & guide Maulana saad sahab.. but at one instance he insulted him on some matter and Maulana left Nizamuddin saying " neither did his father or his grandfather ever speak to me this way".
Maulana did not return for the next six months.. and only after Maulana saad sahab went to apologise did he return to Nizamuddin.. but never took residence there..
Years passed and Maulana Saad sahab skilled himself in oration capturing the minds of youngsters.. he introduced Muntakhab Hadeeth to be read along Fadhail Amal against the Mashwara of world Shura.. those who opposed him were either reprimanded or dispersed away forever from Markaz..
My Shaikh Hazrat Miyanji Abdur Rahman sahab رحمة الله عليه was amongst those reprimanded by Maulana saad sahab for saying 'Fazail Amaal was the book agreed by world shura to be read in tableegh '.
Over the years he gained popularity with youngsters esp. those new to the effort.. his oration carved a leader into their hearts.. while Maulana continued to play with Ayaat of Qur'an , Hadith, Seerat according to his own whims & fancies, against the united opinion of ulema..Muhadditheen & Mufassireen..
The people of the world shura passed away one by one.. the old saathis felt the need to fill the vacuum and many times tried to bring the subject in Mashwara but were not successful due to some reason or the other..
A large section of the new breed of Tableeghis indulged in ghuloo.. ulema were stopped from giving friday khutbah at some places..instead some saathi stepped in to talk.. Dars of Qur'an was stopped at other places to be taken over by Fazail amal or Muntakhab.. Imams at masajids were only deemed qualified if they spent 1 yr or 4 months in Jamaats.. and many such practices prevailed.. those who opposed were termed as Mukhalifs & removed from the effort..
Things went on somehow till the death of Hazrat Maulana Zubairul hasan sahab kandhelwi رحمة الله عليه on 18th March 2014.. thats where things began spiraling downwards to where it has reached now...
Later that year, at the Ijtema in Bhopal, Maulana Saad sahab started taking bayat from general public on his hands in the silsila of Hazratji Maulana Ilyas sahab رحمة الله عليه.. this caused a major stir since he had NO khilafat in the silsila of Hazratji Maulana Ilyas sahab رحمة الله عليه and was against the unanimous decision by the world shura which had banned Ijtemayi bayat after the passing away of the last Ameer of Tableegh..
He also made some other controversial statements at that ijtema.. like saying that people do not spend in Tableegh but on bringing close two private parts of men and women... some Muftiyan karam took strong objection to insulting the sunnah of Nikaah with such obscenity..
Thats were trouble began.. some hundred mewatis with weapons started pouring into Nizamuddun.. clashes erupted at the slightest instance and the room of Maulana Zuhairul Hasan sahab (db) ( The son of Hazrat Maulana Zubairul Hasan sahab رحمة الله عليه ) was ransacked..Maulana luckily was unharmed.. these Mewati hoodlooms were given a free run and kept unchecked by Maulana saad sahab..
Later at one Mashwara that year Maulana Saad sahab proclaimed " Khuda ki qasam... main tum sab ka Ameer hoon.. jo na maane Jahannum me jaye " ( By Allah ! Iam the Ameer of all of you.. those who do not agree can go to hell ) ( i have recording of this mashwara )
Matters took ugly turn when police stepped in Markaz.. something which never happened in past.. Maulana again took false oaths that those who caused trouble had nothing to do with him.. while one of them hid in his own room !
Then at the Raiwind ijtema a Mashwara was made where the Mashaikh of Nizamuddin.. Raiwind.. Kakrayel (Bangladesh ) gathered to form a New Shura where the only person to object was Maulana Saad sahab..
Maulana Saad sahab returned back and formed his own Shura at Nizamuddin which included his 20 yr old son and excluded many of those in the effort since the time of Hazratji Maulana Yousuf sahab رحمة الله عليه.. while youngsters had already began writing him as "Hazratji".
There was none to check Maulana now.. and he went on to make some dangerous statements as regards to deen and Aqaid.. like Hidayat is not in the hands of Allah سبØانه وتعالى... ulema who teach at madaris and draw salaries are akin to prostitutes taking fare.. iyadu billah min zaalik.. and many such statements..
Mashwara at Nizamuddin was being constantly stalled by Mewati hoodlums and those who opposed Maulana Saad sahab where threatened..thats when the Akabir started to move out of Nizamuddin.. they could not see the work hijacked by thugs & hoodlums.. tacitly supported by Maulana Saad sahab..
One by one the Mashaikh departed.. and the last one was Hazrat Maulana Ibrahim sahab Dewla (db)
They began to hold ijtema and Mashwara at other places..while Hazrat Maulana Ibrahim sahab Dewla (db) teaches Bukhari shareef at Tadkheshwar.. he said he would return when things return to Normal..
Many other Mashaikh have received threats over fone if they ever return to Nizamuddin..
Amongst those residing there is Hazrat Dr Syed Abdul Aleem sahab (db) from Aligarh about whom Hazrat Dr Nadir Ali khan sahab (db) said " Dr Abdul Aleem sahab told Maulvi Saad that i do not agree with you.. iam only staying here with the desire that my last breath passes here "
The rest as we know the Deoband Fatwa came.. and Maulana saad sahab managed to gather some supporters on his side.. making things more ugly..
He was banned from entry to Bangladesh Ijtema by the Shura there and was also offloaded due to directives by Bangladesh high comission.. then by interference of some ulema he managed to fly to bangladesh on the condition that he would not make any speeches there..
So this is what is going on.. very sad to see a great effort tear away.. while the older ones cry to see all this happening before their eyes.. the younger ones are more eager to install their new.. desperate Hazratji..
While Mashaikh hint at a well planned conspiracy by Batil agents to dent this blessed work.. using Maulana Saad sahab as a Pawn..
May Allah سبØانه وتعالى protect this work and render all those helpless who keep plotting against the works of deen.. Ameen..
=Rajab"Establish a markaz in Deoband under the watchful eyes of the senior Indian ulamah and InshaAllah it will be become the HQ until the fitnah at nizamuddin is cleared.
The Mashaikh who have distanced themselves from Nizamuddin are against the idea that a new markaz be formed anywhere.. When the elders met at Chennai in August last year they declared not to return to Nizamuddin untill Maulana Saad sahab accepts their three conditions:
1. That he accepts the Shura.
2. That he refrains from making controversial statements in his bayanat.
3. That he agrees to work as per the (nahaj) method of Tableegh practiced by the last three Ameers of Tableegh.
Assalamualaikum, so apparently in Bangladesh Ijtema worldwide shuras member have agreed that mawlana saad is the only amir and mawlana saad will apologize to other elders and get them back to nizamuddin. is it true?
Wa Alaikum Assalam w.w.
Maulana Saad sahab did not lose the opportunity to enforce his Emarat at Bangladesh Ijtema.. He was initially offloaded from the plane and stayed at the Taj hotel.. then on the interference of some ulema he was allowed on the condition that he shall not make any bayanat there.. he agreed and was given permission to enter bangladesh..
Sadly Maulana Saad sahab did not keep his word and was joined by his supporters there.. The Pakistan Shura including Hazrat Haji Abdul Wahhab sahab was absent in all this drama..
There is NO question of making him Ameer as was decided & endorsed at the Raiwind Ijtema last year.. howsoever hard he and his desperate followers may rally..
May Allah سبØانه وتعالى give this man hidaya.. Ameen..

“ When you recognise that a person is a wrongdoer, then do not mention it [to the people], rather, ask for good of him and mention his goodness, except in matters of Din. For if you recognise that a person is a wrongdoer in his Din (i.e. he has corrupt beliefs), then mention him to the people so that they do not follow him and are aware of himâ€
In light of the above quotations, it is not permissible to direct people to Nizamudin. This will lead them to be misguided and defeating the very noble objective of Da’wah and Tabligh, being to jolt people out of their spiritual slumber to the obedience of Allah Ta’ala.
We should also safeguard ourselves from the ghastly consequences of Nizamudin and Raiwind differences in our local Masajid.
We should also bear in mind that many deviated groups thrive and capitalise on such differences, thereby advancing their course.
The close and watchful eye of the various media channels should also never be ignored and underestimated. We have observed the role of the media in MoulÄnÄ Sa’d’s issue. Fighting against the backlash of the media is a mammoth task akin to a losing battle.
Our revered Muftis of India have exercised caution and resistance before issuing the FatwÄ against MoulÄnÄ Sa’d in the interest of safeguarding the masses from being misguided to his wrong beliefs.
It should not happen that our local Muftis as well as local Muftis around the world are also constrained one day to issue a FatwÄ against their local people by their names who are misleading their masses to the present misguidance of MoulÄnÄ Sa’d and present situation at Nizamudin.

at dr76, i dont think haji abdul wahhab saab was in tonji ijtema, and someone else from rainwind shura was present in tongi and read somewhere he also agreed to it.
Maulana Saad sahab's supporters are constantly on a Pr campaign spreading lies.. Haji Abdul wahhab Sahab (db) would NEVER agree to making this man as the Ameer.
Infact at the Mashwara at Raiwind he said " When i learnt saad has claimed himself to be the Ameer.. i got frightened and sat for dua that Allah may not deprive this family of blessings " to which maulana replied from the gathering .. iam only a khadim.. (i have this recording too )
whatever lies these fanatics may spread.. one thing is for sure.. the ulema.. muftiyan karaam will not be passive spectators this time إن شاء الله ..so would the elders of the work who have given their lives to the work to be hijacked by a fanclub..
This is the latest update from Darul Ifta, Darul uloom Deoband. Published Today on 3rd Feb, 2017 in response to his letter of Rujoo dated on 9th January 2017.
To Briefly Summarize.. Maulana Saad sahab does Rujoo on the points raised in the Fatwa issued previously by Darul uloom deoband.. Yet provides his 'academic stance' on his utterances on Hazrat Musa Alaihis salam.. this is further highlighted and refuted by Muftiyan karam in the response to the letter..
Also Darul uloom writes in bold letters that the earlier fatwa issued by them Maintains its status quo and is NOT repealed. And that it maintains its stance against all those controversial statements made earlier by Maulana Saad sahab.
It also states that since Maulana saad sahab has committed himself in the letter that he shall never again make such statements in future, assuming he shall keep his words, we hope he shall totally refrain himself from making such statements.
Need some detailed info on this Wasif ul islam.. there seems to be strong movement against him in Bangladesh.. not much is known about him in this part of the world.. just that he is allegedly involved in widespread corruption.. He was amongst the first people to oppose the Ban on Maulana Saad sahab when the ulema of Bangladesh were united with Darul uloom Deoband on this issue..
