When i came across this small excerpt in a lecture by Maulana Amin Safdar Okarvi, i was amazed at the insight of Imam Abu Hanifa [ra] and instantly felt the need to translate this gem. Indeed listening to incidents like this, makes us realise why we follow these imams in the controversial aspects of the deen.
