Assalamu alaikum, Is it permissible to change in of the body features such as tatoos or sexual organs if the you fear not pleasing your marital partner? There are new products on the market that talk about natural enlargements of breats and male sexual organs. Are these as well as temporary tatoo/hair dye etc. what is the ruling on women that pierce their naval's and is it allowed if the husband requests?

Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah's guidance)

1) Tattoos whether temporary or permanant, are not permissible in islam.

Abdullah ibn Masood (Radhiallahu Ta'ala Anhu) says that:

I heard Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wassalam) say:

"Allah has cursed the woman who does tattoos and the one who has them done, the woman who plucks eyebrows and the one who has it done, and the one who files her teeth for the purpose of beauty, altering the creation of Allah."

(Narrated by al-Bukhaari, Muslim Vol 2)

2) Natural breast or male sexual organ enhancement will only be permissible if this is done in a permissible way (i.e.) the treatment is administered by a male physician (for men only) and female physician (for women only) and there is no haraam ingredients nor there is nothing else impermissible and this procedure does not cause any harm then it will be permissible.

3) Concerning temporary hair dye etc. Please refer to:

4) Women piercing their naval etc, is forbidden in Islam. Please refer below for more detail:
