In the Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful

For a believer, every situation is an opportunity for blessings, reward and goodness:

It is narrated from Suhayb (ra) that Allah's Messenger () said: How wonderful is the  situation of the believer, for there is good in every affair of his. And this is not the case with anyone else except in the case of a believer; for if he has an occasion to feel delight, he gives thanks for it(to Allah), thus there is a good for him in it, and if he is afflicted with difficulty, he endures it patiently, thus there is a good for him in it.

In light of the question, note that there is no harm in reciting the shahādah (أَشْهَدُ أنْ لا إلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَأشْهَدُ أنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ) multiple times in a day.

It is stated in a Hadith (prophetic narration), He who said: Ashadu an lā ilāha illā-Allāh waḥ-dahu lā sharīka lahu, wa ash-hadu anna muḥammadan ʿabduhu wa rasūluh  (There is no god but Allah, He is One and there is no associates with Him, and indeed Muhammad () is his servant and His messenger)... Allah would make him (he who affirms these truths) enter Paradise through any one of its eight doors which he would like. [1]

Note, waswasah (whisperings & doubts) are from Shaytān (the accursed devil). Do not entertain these and remind yourself, ‘how can I give these baseless thoughts any credence!’

Make it a habit to recite the Qur’ān, for indeed in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find peace and tranquility [2].

Recite the ta’awwuz frequently [3];

I seek refuge in Allah from the rejected devil.

Never lose hope in the Mercy of Allah. Engage in du’a, supplicate & implore Allah to relieve and alleviate you from your predicament. Recite the following:

“There is no power nor might (to do any good or prevent any evil) except in Allah”

And Allah Ta’āla knows best
