I am from India - working in private company. We are planning to buy house but islamic financial is not allowed in india and current gov is against to it and we have money for full payment but we can pay in spot ,which will trigger the unnecessary tax questions and delay - So can we buy house with bank loan ?

Taking a loan from a conventional bank will entail Riba, which is Harām (impermissible).

 "O you who have believed, do not consume usury, doubled and multiplied, but fear Allah that you may be successful." (3:130)
