الجواب حامداومصليا
In principle, Najasat will only transmit onto another thing when the effects of Najasat is visible like the smell and colour. So when both things (pure and impure) are wet or when a pure dry thing has become wet to such an extent because of being in contact with a wet impure thing or vice versa, then it will become impure. Otherwise, if the dry thing has not become wet to such an extent and there are no visible traces of Najasat then it will not become impure.
