Taking Ghusal and Salaat issues.

Assalamu'alaikum to all.

Dear sir, i have 2 questions.

1: Whenever i take ghusal, i get evil and dirty thoughts in my mind although i try my best to keep it out. Is this okay? or must i take it with a clean mind?

2. During salaat, i too get some of these images and thoughts although i try my best to keep it out. Is it okay and i can carry on my prayers? or do i restart and do it with out thinking anything evil?

Assalamu'alaikum warahmathullahi wabarakathu

FITNAH ?Prayer MESSAGES ON MOBILE PHONE

Respected Brothers;ASAK; frequently now and then we are getting SMS messages on our mobile phones like this- I think these are tricks of companies to get more money through SMS scaring people so that we give sms messages out of fear and this chain continues; why should a harm come to people for not sending this message it is not proved by hadith so far i know-the message reads as,
"Yah-Hayu Ya Qayum B_RehmatiKa azatagisu;send this mesasge to 11 people ,you will good news tomorrow,.i f you neglect bad luck for 11 years.this is proved truth."
Please comment on this in islamic perspective urgently;should we follow this message instructionsand send it to 11 people; &the mobile companies get benefit'or should we expect bad luck by not sending; please comment urgently
your brother in medinah;please reply with fatwas of scholars regarding

Touching feet out of respect

salaam. In some culture it is common to touch an elderly or pious person's feet out of respect. When somone speaks against it quoting a fatawa "If the bowing down creates a resemblance of Sajdah, it is not permissible". (Fataawa Mahmoodiyah vol.17 pg.392) they reply "it is not sajdah or resembling sajdah they say that imam abu hanifa's student's did this to imam abu hanifa r.a." They call it 'khudam musi' i am unsure on what to do and believe and so many are in the same situations, please answer quickly this act is very very common on eid it is allmost compulsary on eid. jazak allah khairan

Cremation Form Halaal?

Assalamu Alaikum wr wb.

In my faculty as a Doctor, I am required, on occassion, to complete
death certificates, when, unfortunately, or fortunately for some, a
patient's life is rendered over. In addition to the obligatory death
certificate, I am also, occassionaly, required to fill in cremation
forms. These forms allow the deceased's family to apply for cremation,
i.e. burning of the body.

For every cremation form I fill in, I am paid a fee of 60. This covers
the extra work load for me, which includes booking an appointment with
the morgue, going down and examining the dead body for pacemakers/other
radioactive implants, and then going through the deceased patient's past
medical notes, and filling in a form.

My sawaal is made up of two distinct, but very much related parts:

Part 1 (of 2):
Is it halaal for a Muslim Doctor to fill out a cremation form? Although
this is not considered "obligatory", such a Doctor may be sometimes put
under the position where he or she "must" fill it in.

Part 2 (of 2):
Is the 60 payment halaal income?

JazakAllahu Khair.

When TV is Haraam - why do some deobandi ulema differ from the opinion based on taqwa?

Assalaamu alykum warahmatullahi wabarakaatu

Dear respected Ulema,

When TV is Haraam - why do some deobandi ulema differ from the opinion based on taqwa?

My question is in the title, however I see that today the Ulema themselves are causing a very serious problem. Not only do they
or are supposed to unify i.e Deobandi Ahl Sunnah, but they should
vote in favour of taqwa, since they will be highly responsible for their mistakes.

With regards to the Television, I have read many fatwa from great Ulema like: Hadhrat Shabir Uthmani (ra), Mufti Ebrahim Desai, Mlna Saleem Dhorat, and heard from many great AwliyaAllah
that this tool is from shaytaan and manifests into not one major sin but a multitude: Zina, Music and Picture Making, to name a few.

However briefly putting this, I have recently heard that two ulema both of 'deobandi' origins have taken the qardawi route.
1. Mufti Taqi Usmani -
2. Riyadh ul Haqq - himself on Islam Tv.

Firstly, they have differed from the opinion of the latter and foremost scholars. Secondly they have not given any reason for their justification.

I would like to know, how is it that these ulema, who happen to be from the same ulema who have bought and cherished this
deen have made such a u-turn in this stance and differentian between haraam and halaal? How is that they have taken something from the darkness and made it into light.

And if they are in the wrong, why hasnt any god-fearing Aalim confronted
this and corrected their mistake?

We the masses look in the direction of those Allah put in our trust.

I request humbly for an answer, for I cannot understand and
this has aaffected my attitude towards the ulema that are in light of this question. You are welcomed to email me privately if you believe that
this is not right place to reply.

May Allah forgive me if I have made any errors and mistakes, but
my knowledge is derived from sources which are from the ulema themselves.

Jazakamullah Khair

PLEASE HELP ME

1.Is mucus and the waste from our ears najis? How about sperm, mazi, mani?

2.Last time i masturbated(i have truly repented now), i always did it in my pants. Thus, the mazi, mani, sperm is in the pants. Is it permissible to put the clothes that have mazi, mani, sperm on them into the washing machine with other clothes or must they be hand-washed seperately? I did this when i had wet-dreams too even after i truly repented, i still put it in washing machine when i have the wet dreams. I know that after we urinate, some urine will still be left that canot come out normally and we can remove them by coughing or a squat-sit-squat-sit method, etc. Sometimes, i do not do this and when i sit, small drops of urine come out. Is it permissible to put the clothes that have small drops of urine on them into the washing machine with other clothes or must they be hand-washed seperately? If it is not permissible for both the mazi, mani and sperm & the small drops of urine case, what should i do now? Can i still wear the clothes now? Cause i did it a long time ago and was not sure whether permissible or not that time.

Are men allowed to wear pink?

Are men allowed to wear pink? The prophet has mentioned that men cannot wear red and jewerly, one of the reasons that it is imatating women. But now-a-days it is fasionable for men to wear earings and pink t-shirts. I asked people to name me a woman's colour and thet first thing they said was pink but they got confused when I mentioned to them that it is also a men's colour now. I understand that it stared off as a woman's thing but it has become unisex now
(jewerly and pink). Us as muslims in a way we won't be imatating the kuffar because they were alot of things back in the prophet's time that we did not have today like cars, mobile etc and we use them beacuse we need to but here we really do not have to wear it but can we?. If we are not, what if the shirt is less than 50 percent pink? Are we still not allowed to wear them? I know we can't do qiyas with this beacuse one is the cloth and one is the colour but they can be linked back to women. men are allowed to wear silk if its less than 50 percent and they were alot of things that were allowed back then but its alright now like what i have asked in the questions and red. Can you please email me back a full replied answer as soon as possible. Jazakallah.

Raffle prizes

Assalamu alykum,

My question is regarding taking part in raffles. If somebody takes part in a raffle draw, wins the prize and then realises it was not allowed, what should they do with the prize? Would it be sufficient to give the money spent on the raffle ticket to charity and keep the prize?
