Adultery is a great sin in islam that requires a capital punishment of stoning. My question is as follows
For the sin to be forgiven by Allah(SWT) is it necessary for the sinner to surrender himself in an islamic country where rajm is administered to the authorities to be stoned or even if he sincerely repents from the sin, conceals his sin, commits that he will not repeat the sin and does not tell anyone Allah(SWT) will forgive him or he/she has to be punished
