Tahajjud and fajr with same wudu

Assalamualaikum Can I pray tahajjud and fajr with same wudu if discharge don't occur even if i do suffer from vaginal discharge incontinency and i renew wudu for each salah

الجواب حامداومصليا

If the Uzr (excuse) does not occur for one whole period of Salah time and to the extent that you could not perform Salah, then you will not be classified as Mazur (excused). If however, you experience the problem again then the ruling will reapply I.e performing new Wudhu for every Salah time.

بأن لايجد في جميع وقتها زمنا يتوضأ و يصلي فيه خاليا عن الحدث
