I suffer with constant bleeding gums but the blood does not flow out of my mouth does my wudu break do I have to perform a fresh wudu for every Salah
Jazakalah
If the blood is more than the saliva or same and the colour is red then Wudhu has been nullified. If however, the blood is less than the saliva and yellow in colour then the Wudhu is intact and has not broken.
If the blood is not stopping for one full Salah period to the extent that your unable to perform Salah then you will be classified as a Ma'zur (excused person). So when Salah time starts you will pray that Salah in that state and other Salah like Nawafil, until the next Salah time which then you will have to renew your Wudhu.
وينقضه دم غلب علي بزاق حكما للغالب أو ساواه ولاينقضه المغلوب بالبزاق وعلامة كون الدم غالبا أو مساويا أن يكون البزاق أحمر وعلامة كونه مغلوبا أن يكون أصفر
