Istinja for passing wind with blood

As salaam u alaikum, I have an issue where whenever I pass wind blood comes out as well. However the blood doesn’t get on my underwear (meaning there’s no traces of blood on my underwear). However there is blood in my backside between the crack. I know this because whenever I pass wind and wipe there’s blood on the tissue paper so I know there’s blood in between my crack even though there’s no traces of it on my underwear or clothes. So my question is when I do pass wind, do I need to make istinja and clean my backside with water every time I pass wind, since even though I don’t see or feel blood, I know there is blood in the crack based on my previous experiences of wiping and seeing blood after passing wind. Do I need to perform istinja every time I pass wind? Or can I ignore it and just make wudu and pray? Jazakallah khair
