After Ruku I stood up before going down to sujud but I have doubt whether I stood completely straight up (with with my back Straight) and I didn’t do the prostration of forgetfulness after. Is my Salah invalid ?

الجواب حامداومصليا

Sajdah Sahwa is necessary when the action of Wajib in Salah is forgetfully missed. Performing the Qawma (standing after Ruku) and Jalsa (sitting between the two Sajda) in haste intentionally or habitually will be necessary to repeat the Salah.

So in your case your Salah is valid and no need to repeat Salah.
