الجواب حامداومصليا

Ihtilam means a wet dream I.e. seeing a sexual dream which results in ejaculatory emission for men and wetness in the vagina for women. This will necessitate Ghusl for both men and women.

So in your case, Ghusl is necessary and it will not break your fast and your fast is valid.
