Fasting and pre cum

As-salamu alaykum - I was putting cream on my penis rubbing it and I realised there was pre cum does my fast break? My intention was not and is not to act out a sexual act or anything my mind is clear and do I need to do ghusl or is washing the area with the part that touched my clothes and making Wudu again okay, to pray and fast? Please let me know I follow hanfi Jazakallah Khair

الجواب حامداومصليا

Your fast is intact and only Wudhu is necessary and you need to wash your private parts and if it’s touched your clothing then you squeeze after washing the soiled part three times. If you ejaculated then fast will be broken and Qadha will be necessary and Ghusl.

قوله الإستمتاع بالكف أي كونه لا يفسد لكن هذا إذا لم ينزل أما إذا أنزل فعليه القضاء كما سيصرح به وهو المختار

الصائم إذا عالج ذكره حتي أمني يجب عليه القضاء وهو المختار

لا عند مذي وودي بل الوضوء منه........اه أي بل يجب الوضوء منه أي من الودي ومن البول جميعا
