ASA I know that according to Hanafi fiqh, it is considered impermissible to recite from a physical mushaf of the Quran or from a moblie phone. However, given that it seems highly unlikely that masaajid in the US will open for Taraweeh during Ramadhan, can there be some lenience in this regards for non-huffaaz offering Taraweeh at home? I am also considering a situation where the recitation is not done using a physical mushaf, but a digital tool such as a mobile phone? If permissible, what considerations should we keep in mind? If impermissible, what is the best way to offer Taraweeh at home for non-huffaz? Jzk khair.

According to the Hanafi opinion to read from Mushaf will nullify your Salah whether it is Fard, Nafl or Tarawih. This will include from a mobile.

The minimum recital in Salah is three Ayats or one long Ayat after Surah Fatiha is Wajib. The Sunnah way to offer Tarawih Salah in Jama'ah is to recite the whole Quran if one has memorised it fully. Alternatively, if one has memorised some portion like few Juz or from Surah Fil (ألم تر كيف) that can be recited but better to recite more portion of the Quran.
