Mikaat for Ihram if travelling from Madina

kindly advice if we can put ihraam at Masjid-e-Aisha if we are travelling from Madina. and if we put Ihram at Masjid-e-Aisha shall our Umrah be valid and not required of any kind of dum/punishment.

It is Wajib to wear the Ihram before entering the Meeqat boundary, otherwise a Damm (compensation) will be liable. For the people of Madina it is Dhul Hulayfa and not Masjid A'isha. Masjid A'isha or Masjid Tan'eem are the Haram boundary, if you stay in Makkah then you wear the Ihram from there to perform Umrah.

  والمواقيت التي لا يجوز أن يتجاوزها الانسان الا محرما خمسة 

  لأهل المدينة ذوالحليفة ولأهل العراق ذات عرق ولأهل الشام الجحفة ولأهل نجد قرن المنازل ولأهل اليمن يلملم

ومن كان بمكة فميقاته في الحج الحرم وفي العمرة الحل وأداء العمرة في الحرم فيكون الاحرام من الحل الا أن التنعيم أفضل لورود الأثر به كذا في الهداية
