| Question: Doubt on Kaffarah fard in my situation or not? | |
| Assalamualaikum.
My roommate in Hostel is like a brother to me. He could not fast this Ramadan because of a medical condition of his. I suggested him to give Fidyah, Alhamdulillah he did. Now recently in a day He commited Zina, Is he supposed to give Khaffarah now? My doubt is that, isn't kaffarah a fine for breaking the fast. Is he supposed to pay when he wasn't fasting in the first place or is he supposed to repent to Allah S.W.T for his sin only. |
