Question: Taweez making
Can any person(who does not make taweez or had never made taweez) make a taweez?Are there any side effects of taweez like headache nausea etc.How to know that this taweez is having any shirk of kufr can we use for our good?Do you give taweez or wazifa if yes than plz give me a wazifa and a taweez for hajat at least plz give me a powerful wazifa for hajat which is 100% guranted and I also want to ask you that there is a wazifa of saying 1000 times ya abdul qadir jilani shayin lillah with your hajat in mind is this wazifa permissible?

To say “Ya Abdal Qadir ....”as this is shirk. The Ulamaa have explicitly mentioned that seeking help from the dead is Shirk.

With regards to wearing Taweez amulet which have words of Shirk, Kufr, Sihr, symbols and non Quranic Arabic words, this is Haram and impermissible.

When it contains verses of Quran Ulamaa allow it but for the child only as they cannot recite, like it has been reported that Abdullah ibn Amr would teach,
أعوذ بكلمات الله التامات الخ
to children who could recite and those who couldn’t he would write it and put it over their necks.

But It is better for parents to recite Ruqya verses and blow over the child and on themselves too.

It is discouraged by someone who can recite to use Taweez, though it is permissible but with less benefit.

It is best to refrain from wearing Taweez amulet as it can take a person away from Tawakkul (reliance) of Allah because people rely on it so much that they have neglected to recite Ruqya verses, Azkars and Duas which has much more impact and benefit than wearing Taweez amulet.

It is the Sunnah practice of the Messenger (صلي الله عليه وسلم) to do Ruqya I.e. recite and blow on himself.

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا أَوَى إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ كُلَّ لَيْلَةٍ جَمَعَ كَفَّيْهِ ثُمَّ نَفَثَ فِيهِمَا فَقَرَأَ فِيهِمَا ‏{‏قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ‏}‏ وَ‏{‏قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ‏}‏ وَ‏{‏قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ‏}‏ ثُمَّ يَمْسَحُ بِهِمَا مَا اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْ جَسَدِهِ يَبْدَأُ بِهِمَا عَلَى رَأْسِهِ وَوَجْهِهِ وَمَا أَقْبَلَ مِنْ جَسَدِهِ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ‏.‏

(بخاري كتاب فضائل القران)

Narrated 'Aisha رضي الله عنه:

Whenever the Prophet (صلي الله عليه وسلم) went to bed every night, he used to cup his hands together and blow over it after reciting Surat Al-Ikhlas, Surat Al-Falaq and Surat An-Nas, and then rub his hands over whatever parts of his body he was able to rub, starting with his head, face and front of his body. He used to do that three times.


ومن أنواعه- : طلب الحوائج من الموتى، والاستغاثة بهم، والتوجه إليهم، وهذا أصل شرك العالم؛ فإن الميت قد انقطع عمله وهو لا يملك لنفسه ضراً ولا نفعاً، فضلاً عمن استغاث به وسأله قضاء حاجته، أو سألهأن يشفع له إلى الله فيها،
(مدارج السالكين،١/٣٧٥)

قوله التميمة المكروهة أقول الذي رأيته في المجتبي: التميمة المكروهة ما كان بغير القران وقيل هي الخرزة التي تعلقها الجاهلية..... وبعضهم يتوهم أن المعاذات هي التمائم وليس كذالك انماالتميمة: الخرزة ولابأس بالمعاذات اذاكتب فيهاالقران أو أسماء الله تعالي..... قالوا: وانما تكره العوذة اذاكانت لغيرلسان العرب ولايدري ما هو ولعله يدخله سحر أوكفر أوغيرذالك وأماماكان من القران أوشئي من الدعوات فلابأس به
