| Question: The name 'Ziyad' | |
| Assalam O Alaikum.
I have been blessed by Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala with a baby boy last Saturday Alhamdulillah. Me and my wife were searching a good name for him and we came across the name 'Ziyad' and we think the meanings of which are good. could you please let me know if we can go ahead with this name? Are the meaning of this name really "growth", "Progress" and "being blessed by God". and moreover what do you think what be the effects of this name on my boy. Hoping for a quick response.
