Question: surat yasin
assalamualaikum -is reading surah yasin 41 times in 1 day permissable or is this an innovation?

Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah's guidance)


It will be permissible. However, you should not consider it a must or a necessary part of Deen.

Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, ‘Whoever innovates anything in deen will surely be rejected.’ (Mishkaat)
