First, one must place trust in Allah Ta'ala and then seek His need and assistance by performing the Sunnah method of two Rakah of Salatul Hajah and make Du'a to Allah Ta'ala.

Also, there are no specific Du'as for passing a test. However, you may recite Du'as like,
‘Rabbi inniy Maghloobun Fantasir’ (O my Lord, I'm overcame please help me).
