Question: ANSWERED: Beheading as a form of execution
Is it jaizmutlaqan?
In the way we do zabah on animals.

Beheading is permissible as a "Hadd" (Prescribed by Sharee'ah).

However, not in the way animals are slaughtered. in [i:5bc15abec0]Hadd[/i:5bc15abec0], when beheading, the person should be executed in one stroke.

The principal is to avoid any pain.
