Question: Masjid Aisha and umrah question
I am going for umrah, my first question if im going to perform a second umrah, can I do the ghusl wear the ihram at the Makkah hotel before going to masjid Aisha and then when arrive there I do the intention?

My second question is the ghusl before umrah is intention ghusl for umrah or just intention for ghusl as we do every day?
Third question Niyat itikaf I know I have to read this at masjid al haram to be able to eat drink etc, but don’t know the exact reason, do I have to read the Niyat at other mosques , do I have to read this at masjid nabawi as well or only in Makkah ?

الجواب حامدا ومصليا

1. Yes you can make the Niyyah of Umrah from Masjid Aisha.

2. The Ghusl is Recommended to do before making Intention of Umrah. Also, Ghusl or Wudhu is not a prerequisite for the validity of the Ihram.

3. You don’t need make Itikaf Niyyah to be able to eat or drink. Making Nafl Itikaf Niyyah in any Masjid is permissible.

وأداء العمرة في الحرم فيكون الإحرام من الحل إلا أن التنعيم أفضل لورود الأثر به ،هداية
وإذا أراد الإحرام اغتسل أو توضأ والغسل أفضل
فلا يشترط الوضوء والطهارة لصحة الإحرام
(اللباب في شرح الكتاب ،٢/٤١٠)

وعن الإمامين يصح في كل مسجد وصححه السروجي وهو اختيار الطحاوي وقال الخير الرملي وهو أيسر خصوصا في زماننا فينبغي أن يعول عليه اه
