Is this name acceptable?

Please could you advise me if this name I have chosen for my baby daughter is acceptable. The name is Arwa, apparently it was the name of the Prophet (saw's) Aunt 'Arwa Bint Abdul Muttalib'. I have already registered my baby, I asked a mufti and he told me it was a good name, however now our local Imam has learnt of it and has shown disapproval. He says that alot of these names are Pre-islamic and should be avoided. I do know that any name the Prophet (saw) found unacceptable, he would change it. Although I have had it checked, it will be reassuring to have it in writing as the matter is causing me great concern Jazak-Allah

Dollar per guess, a form of gambling?

Assalamualikum,
My community holds monthly functions where all of us can get together. In these functions what happens sometimes is, either a cake (or similar) is taken around, members of the community have to guess the weight, or candies in a jar where we have to guess the amount, or a wrapped up object where we have to guess what it is. Each guess costs a dollar, which is for charity or the benefit of our community. At the end the correct guesser wins the object (cake/candies etc.), which costs more than a dollar. Sometimes the winner donates it to back to the organization (but not always). Is this permissible in Islam, or is it a form of gambling? Please explain answer if possible. Jazakumullah.

Masks, figurines.

Are masks permissible to collect?

I figure that masks depicting facial features are not, but what of masks that have holes cut for the eyes like kubuki style masks or Opera style masks?

Also are figurines that depict the human body but are faceless permissible to own, sell and display?

Conversing With Qadiyanis

Assalaamu 'Alaykum

I always understood Qadiyanis to be like non-Muslims and therefore I would treat them just as the kuffar including my views that doing business with them and talking with them is permissable. However, I was recently told that it is not permissable to talk to Qadiyanis. I took this to be just another misconception but in order to clear my understanding can you please tell me whether it is true, that we are or aren't allowed to talk to Qadiyanis? Jazakumullaah
