Sir, i had divorced my wife but now i have relaized that i cant live without her .We both are ashamed of this act and want to get remarried.Now please sir tell me that what should we do i know that we will have to do Halala but tell me the right way of halala and can it be with Hijra or insane ?

unfortunatly my marriage broke down in April 2006 as my husband followed many practices which are unislamic and he also told many lies at the time of nikkah so that my Father would marry me to him. After trying very hard to try and get on with him, i thought it best to seperate from him as it was getting to the point where he was influencing my imaan and made it very difficult for me to practice my religion.

He refused to give me talaaq at that time, however he has now made contact with me via email and has said that "If you wish to remarry you may do so with my permission. But i will still not give you talaq" Is this not talaaq in itself, as he has obviosly freed me off being his wife or else how can i marry another man?

Please can you clarrify this for me as i am very confused, if you would like a copy of the email, i can send it to you however it is written in urdu.

I am a married woman since 6 years once my husband gave me talaq after when we had severe quarell with each other and he didnot tell me that he used the word talaq .we then got separated because of many clashes but i till then was unawre of the fact that he gave me talaq.Then once he told me that he gave me but was in anger .Then once on a phone he used the word talaq but he was in anger too and didnt want it happen intentionally.Then again he gave me talaq on phone(3 times) and after it said that he lost his temper and said all in anger.Now i want to know that did talaq happen?Here i also want to let you know that Ist time he used word talaq for 3 times but i didnt know about it and lived as husband and wife .second time when he gave we had relation and third time too we had relation amd still have.
We both love each other and dont want to lose each other ,we want to live happily as before but as husband and wife realtion .But now we r in doubt that whether talaq did happen or not .Please please plesae sir do me a favour and tell me a right solution for it as i love my husband and dont want to have talaq.

Sir i am in much distress and i hope u will give me a right solution.I know that u are the only one who can help us .Please sir dont disappoint me and reply me as soon as possilble.

One thing that i must know that in 28 para of Quran there is told that "if u even say a word maa for ur wife then u must have to fast for 2 months continuously "
If saying maa to ur wife demands a big kufaara then why there is Rayat for talaq?
As i read in one of islamic site that talaq doesnot happen if man uses these words in extreme anger and doesnot want to use but just use these words in anger.

If a husband pronounces three divorves "talaq, talaq, talaq" in one go, according to the Holy Quran and A-Hadith what is the concept.

is the divorce counted as one or is it counted as three.

Will make this as brief as I can.

I have recently said talaq to my wife three times consecutively (without a gap) but was not fully aware of the consequences of the three talaqs which means she is haraam for me unless she marries somebody else, has sexual relation and then divorces him. I am feeling deeply remorseful for what I have done and sincerely want her back (and it has only been two days).

My parents also advised me of a divorce saying three times when they found out I was under the influence of black magic from a member of her family (not necessarily her parents but somebody from her side). My parents had made contact with various pious people to confirm I was under the influence of black magic. When I confronted my wife about this she denied she or her parents had anything to do with it.

Anyway back to my question at the time of the talaq I was completely unaware that my wife was pregnant and in the state of menstruation, had I known this fact I would never had divorced her. Please can you shed some light on this matter, whether talaq is valid when said three times whilst wife is in menstruation and myself not knowing the extent of the saying the three talaqs. I am deeply repenting for what I have done and want my marriage to continue.

I had my nikkah in pakistan and now I am in Canada and i want to know if i want to divorce my wife thru the canadian law would that be a valid divorce or do i still also have to do it the islamic way the 3 times on paper or verbal.

I would like to know whether the use of contraceptives are allowed. I know that they can be used if for example the mother's life is at risk. However can they be used for reasons such as the couple are newly married and do not want to have a child yet as they want to spend time together before bearing responsibilities? or the couple are too young to have children yet?

I am in a dilemma. During the night whilst lying in bed I decided to place my head on top of my husbands hand who i thought was next to me. However I didn't realise that my baby son was still sleeping behind me. So my head touched my son's hand. As soon as my head touched it I realised it was my sons hand and i moved away. Has my husband become haraam on me forever?

I wanted to know if a man prepares documents for divorce for his wife in which in writes talak 3 times and is done through a lawyer and with 2 witnesses and the wife doesnt know about this. Is this divorce valid or not since she not told by her husband that he is divorcing her. Is only verbal valid and not written?

My wife and i seperated under two years ago. She approached lawyers (South Africa) who said that my marriage was not legal in South Africa and I have no rights to my son. I have not issued a talaq and advised her that she should approuch a Imaam as she was the one initiating proceedings. Since then she has still not approached a Imaam.

I am a divorced woman with three alhumdulillah children. Is it against Islam if I decide never to re-marry. I am 33 years old, so my family are concerned for me to stay single.
If I have to re-marry does it have to be to who my family decides, or do i have a choice this time.

is there any permissability regarding 'AZL'. i heard that some imams have made this permissable!

A BROTHER ASKED ME THIS QUESTION THAT IF HIS WIFE IS IN HER PERIODS OR DOES NOT WANT TO HAVE SEXUAL INTERCOURSE AND THE HUSBAND IS VERY (IN OPEN WORDS) DESPERATE TO RELEASE HIS MANI(SPERM), CAN SHE MASTERBATE HIM TO RELEAVE HIM.

What islam says, if husband do intercourse with his wife during her periods. What if she was on her last day during intercourse and there wasn?t any blood and it was with both consent. What fiqah says about this. Is there any punishment for this and is there anything happened to their Nikkah. Is the nikkah still valid. Please help. Thanks,

i am a father of 1. my son is 2 years old. after birth my wife took contraceptives initially as an implant in the arm and then oral. these gave alot of social issue so i told her to stop. after 2 year i managed to persuade her to tell me she no longer desire intercourses and it was like this for about 2 years. i read the data sheet of the tablets and the side effects are lack of desire for intercoure. please advice futher. jazakallah.

Is it permissible for the husband to masturbate his wife when she is on menses? There would be no physical contact, but it would be done through clothes.

i was a child i have been eating and drinking with my left hand and it is very difficult for me to switch to right hand as i have tried but too hard. Is it
permissible in Islam to eat and drink with left hand???
2) In Islam is it permissible for a husband to lick or taste or swallow the precum
and cum of his wife?
3) Does it break the nikkah between husband and wife if they do anal
sex?
