Can a man masturbate her women and vice versa

Assalaamwalaikum,
I am happy u answered my question but there was a little misunderstanding in one part i.e i mean to say "when physically relating can a man masturbate his wife i.e finger her wife (sorry to use foul language) and can a women masturbate her husband using her hand................the situation may be that they are not planning for a child right now..so is it permissible?????

If the means of stimulation is one�s spouse�s body, in such a case, and not any self-stimulation, then it is permitted, and not considered to be masturbation.

The wife masturbating the husband and vice versa actually falls in the category of foreplay which is permissible between the husband and wife.
