Islamic mortgage permisibility

Assalamu alaikum, I am starting to think about purchasing a house, I am thinking about islamic mortgage Please can you tell me if this is permissable, I have been looking at Gatehouse islamic mortgage specifically, is their offering halal? JazakAllah
