Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh, I pray this message reaches you in the best state of Iman and health. I am writing to seek your guidance on a deeply distressing and personal matter. An individual has been falsely accused of sexually abusing children, including his own. This grave and damaging allegation has led to the complete destruction of his reputation. He is subjected to ongoing harassment, has lost close relationships with friends and family, and his social standing has deteriorated severely. He firmly maintains his innocence and asserts that the accusation is entirely baseless. I would like to ask: If this person is truly innocent, will he be granted justice or compensation by Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta‘ala) on the Day of Judgment for the suffering, humiliation, and harm he has endured in this world due to the false accusation? What steps should such a person take, both spiritually and practically, to cope with the devastating consequences of this public allegation — especially considering the loss of family ties, friendships, and social status, all while the matter has been widely circulated without any due legal process, whether through secular or Islamic judicial means?

If there have been no Islamic judicial proceedings on him then he will be deemed innocent.

He will get through this and he must continue to have hope in Allah, trust in Him and be patient.

"Truly no one despairs of Allah's Soothing Mercy except those who have no faith. (Surah Yusuf 12:87)

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلَاةِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ

"O you who believe, seek help through patience and prayer. Surely, Allah is with those who are patient." (Surah Baqarah 2:153)

And Allah knows best
