Doubts about kufr

Salaam I am someone who is very scared about committing kufr/shirk. Sometimes i think I have done so but can't remember either what exactly I said/did, the intention behind such an action, or whether such an action constituted shirk/kufr. Theoretically, if I have committed kufr but not completely sure, and I ignore it so I don't spiral (because I have had bad OCD episodes in the past), would I be excused? I want to look for marriage sometime in the near future, but only once this issue is behind me since I don't want to for example, think I have committed kufr and then believe I need to renew my nikkah. Could you please give me an encompassing answer to deal with this. JazakAllah

Waswasa and doubts are from Shaitan you need to ignore and discard them completely. Have trust in Allah.

وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ

And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him. (65:3)

And Allah knows best
