Hajj / Umrah

Assalam u alaikum. I wish to perform hajje badal for a deceased relative. I've performed my own fard hajj but dont have the money to finance this second hajj. I have therefore asked family members to help finance the trip but those that I have asked have not been to hajj themselves. They are all alhamdulillah wealthy enough to be able to finance my trip and still have enough savings to go on hajj themselves but choose not to/aren't in a position to go themselves yet-can they still give money for my trip? will my hajj still be valid? Also although their income is from halal sources, they don't all pay zakat, and some still receive interest (ri'ba) in their bank accounts. Would it be allowed to accept money from them in this circumstance? even if the amount i'm receiving could easily have been earned from their halal incomes and not necessarily be taken from the interest (ri'ba)? Jazakallah Khair. Wasalam

I am due to travel next week for Umrah with my wife, and wanted to know how women come out of ihram? I have been told that they cut an inch of hair - if this is the case, those performing severel Umrahs would have to cut several inches of hair. I would appreciate a swift answer. JazakAllah khair

Assalamu-alaykum brother
I have just come back from Hajj Allhumdulillah was the most amazing experience, i am just curious about one thing that happened whilst i was there. many times when i was praying maghrib namaaz i used to get a white feather on my masallah even when i used to pray outside the haram sharif or inside the mosque i would be standing and the feather would come flying down and land on my masallah and it was always at maghrib time so i was just wondering if there is any explanation for this. If you know of anything please let me know it may be nothing but it happened too often and always at the same time.

Salaams, with the blessign of Allah I have just returned from Hajj, a magical lifetime experiance! (May Allah accept all our hajj`s and dua`s) While in Hajj I was given some water by a friend who works at the haram grand mosque Makkah, This water I was told was used to bath the Kabba sharif this year during Hajj? I want to know if and how is it best for me to use this water? is there any value and blessing in this water and how can I benifit from these?

I have a mortgage, which I now know is haraam. I am trying to get out of this situation and the intention I have taken is to inshallah save everything I can at the end of the month and pay off the mortgage as soon as possible and therefore sacrifice any luxuries that one may want in order to finish this sin.
The dilemma I am facing is that I have not performed Hajj and have made intention to go this year.
So the question is that should I perform Hajj, which will no doubt cost a few thousand pounds, even if I could use my savings into paying off my mortgage as soon as possible, or is it better to pay off my mortgage first with this money and then perform Hajj.
Paying off my mortgage will take about another 4 years and less inshallah.

But is it just material which cannot touch your face or things like tissues too? And can one put cream on his/her face?
