Health- Urine leakage

Assalamualaikum, i want to know the rules and regilations, i want to go to Umrah but i have type 2 diabates, thyroid and also urine leaking issue, i want to know if this happens, do i have to wear ehram again n again and what is the solution for me, what can i do to go for Umrah, what rules can i follow, please answer in a simple english. Jazakallahu Khair.

If it has been established that you are a Mazur (excused) person, then the rules will apply as like to any person who has Wudhu. Please refer the Q&A rulings of Ma’zur.

When doing Tawaf he will perform it during the prayer time and when the prayer time expires, he will stop the Tawaf and renew his Wudhu and continue the Tawaf if he has not completed it.
