Ms Eman Al-Ghamidi was appointed assistant mayor of Al Khubar governorate "as part of a plan to boost the number of females in leadership positions in line with Vision 2030", said the Centre for International Communication at the Ministry of Culture and Information on Wednesday.

We read this news some time back. But now it is heard very regularly. Ladies are appointed for Key posts. Ambassador to USA, even key positions in Haj ministry etc.

There is a junoon there that they shall progress when ladies have 50% are more participation. Will that happen. Are men inefficient in KSA?

Many of us wished that let KSA progress as return for khidmath to Hajees and pilgrims. Now it is a tricky situation, KSA will assume that it has progressed due to ladies participation.

If that was to happen then Vietnam would have been a progressed country.

The total population sex ratio in Vietnam ranged at 98 males to 100 females. Jamaat visiting there share that it is a female dominant society, ladies every where. Even butcher shops are run by ladies. And many men take care of homes. But did Vietnam progress..

If done with proper hijab and segregation, is it still unacceptable?

Watch the following image; Will this bring progress to Saudia. How and why, why not without this. Were the present men with these responsibilities inefficient? Or the barakah has left, both the husband and wife have to earn for a living.

Allah SWT fed the Arabs through; gifting them Petroleum resources, this was similar to Mann wa Salwa for Bani Israel. Bani Israel wanted something more, other than Mann wa Salwa…. They lost Mann wa Salwa also. Let us watch how modernity brings happiness.

According to Zahraa Hamaada, Saudi women are able to engage in many fields of work and prove their skills and talents in them. “This is why I look forward to opening the first women’s project on polishing and decorating cars. Decorating and caring for cars is a unique world all together in which women can excel and prove their worth in this sector,” she said while lauding the state’s support for the empowerment of women in various fields so as to make them a pivotal component in building the edifice of the nation.

Note: Today these women are participating in nation building and it is optional for them; I mean if they wish, they can stay back at home. A day is not very far from now when it shall be compulsory for them to earn their livelihood.

Himma Hatta Al-Qimmah has been inspired by words of the Crown Prince Muhammed Bin Salman, “The Saudis strength is like that of the Tuwaiq mountain, unbreakable.”

Why not without women power.

لماذا لا يخلو من دعم المرأة (google translation)
