Imran Khan Watch...

I spent time with a Jamaat from Bannu in 1993. The Ameer Saheb told me that were routed to America so they applied for a VISA and there were some delays so they were asked to go back to their (local) Markaz and spend time while waiting.

He said that one day Imran Khan came to the Markaz and asked permission and place to pray. Ameer Saheb replied to him that you can pray wherever you want.

Imran Khan prayed and left.

Ameer Saheb told me that I have never seen such a focussed individual in my life. He got out of the car, asked permission, prayed and left. His action, attitude and action were completely focussed on his task (of praying) and he didn’t care who was there and what else was happening.

Last night in the Masjid, I spoke to a huge Imran Khan backer who is a high ranking business Management consultant.

I asked him what your party will do while in power?

He told me, “Muadh Bhai, you are a professional and it’s dead simple. When I walk into the front door of a business, all I do is gap analysis. We look at the gaps and try to plug the gaps, the performance fixes itself.”

Imran Khan just needs to do two things while in Power:

1. Work hard
2. Appoint and deal with people on Merit.

18AUG2018:

In the Presidential house, generally there is fully catered food, drinks, waiters and thousands of Guests. This is what happened yesterday:

1. Side tables had mineral water and glasses for people to self-serve and drink
2. There was tea and (small) biscuits being served on trays by waiters
3. Imran Khan invited 250 guests, the outgoing Government had 1000 Guests

Huge uproar by lower level bureaucrats (of Pakistan) that this was a National embarrassment for Pakistan that this was a first National event in the (known) history of Pakistan where not even sandwiches were provided to Guests!

Day after the speech, 26 luxury vehicles being used (illegally)by retired officers mysteriously return with the chauffeurs

Pakistan Foreign office issues REBUKE to US State Department:

Pakistan takes exception to the factually incorrect statement issued by US State Dept on today’s phone call btwn PM Khan & Sec Pompeo. There was no mention at all in the conversation about terrorists operating in Pakistan. This shd be immediately corrected

Pakistan Foreign office calls Press Conference

Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi while addressing a press conference at the Foreign Office (FO) on Friday asserted that the United States (US) handout on a phone call between Prime Minister Imran Khan and US Secretary of State Michael Pompeo a day earlier which mentioned terrorists operating in Pakistan "is not representative of the facts".

P.S: At least the Foreign secretary is not a mumbling, bumbling idiot and can string together 2 sentences in both English and Urdu and can speak fluently :lol
