ASSALAMU ALAIKUM

22 Safar 1446 – 27 August 2024

Respected Brother,

Your e-mail refers.

1) It is indeed corrupt to confirm contagion with the narration pertaining to grafting trees, and to imply on this basis that the contagion idea was an erroneous opinion of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). No authority of Islam had ever advanced this corrupt opinion which the person has proffered today.

Furthermore, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) himself has retracted his opinion pertaining to the grafting issue whereas there was no retraction regarding contagion. If indeed it had been an erroneous personal opinion, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) would most certainly have retracted it. A Nabi’s error is always corrected by Wahi. The Ummah is not left in deviation by an error of a Nabi because immediately Wahi comes to rectify the error.

Was-salaam

ASSALAMU ALAIKUM

21 Safar 1446 – 26 August 2024

Your e-mail refers.

It is improper to cite the Hadith pertaining to grafting date trees for claiming that the contagion teaching was a personal opinion. In this way numerous teachings of the Sunnah could be dismissed by claiming them to be personal opinions.

Despite some difference among the Fuqaha on the issue of contagion, no one has ever claimed that it was a personal opinion of our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) to be dismissed. What the person said is his corrupt opinion which has no basis in the Shariah.

Was-salaam

Many diseases are communicable, meaning they can be spread from person to person or from animal to person. Some examples of communicable diseases include:

HIV, hepatitis A, B, and C
Measles
Salmonella
The common cold and flu
Cholera
Tuberculosis
West Nile virus
Lyme disease
Rabies

Communicable diseases can spread through a variety of ways, including:

Contact with an infected person:
This can include direct physical contact, like touching or kissing someone who has the infection.
Contact with contaminated surfaces: This can include touching or using something that an infected person has touched.
Contact with contaminated food or beverages: This can include eating or drinking something that has been contaminated.
Airborne: This can include inhaling respiratory droplets from someone who is infected.
Insect bites: This can include being bitten by an infected insect or animal.

........................

This is what scientific research claims. Should we reject these findings.

You doubled down and still won't realise your mistake. This is not a debate.

This COVID Saga truely was a Daj-jal. Have heard Ulama mentioning that this grants a view of how easily some will follow Dajjal.

Taken from above:

Our Aqeedah regardless of what your Kufriya science says, the science which you have made the fifth Usool of Deen after Quran, Sunnah, Ijma, Qiyaas, is that Allah Ta'ala is the one who ultimately grants anything the propensity to act in any manner.

In Sha Allah we will not resort to changing our Salahs, closing our Masaajid etc. on the basis of science. Don't force your weaknesses on to others.

Allah Ta'ala protect us from being so wahmi that we change the Ahkaam of Allah Ta'ala over things we can't even see.

Sunnah practice derived from the hadith of manual pollination is:

When something from science is practically proven right, accept it.
Nothing wrong there.
