I have started this thread so that members can request books which are really hard to find on Internet, anyone can help by posting links, pdf, doc etc or even by posting a scan copy if it is possible. jazakallah
Can anyone help me getting this book(pdf, scan) , Its not available in our country, searching from past 4 months but was unable to get. so any kind of help will be welcome.

I have the book however, I do not feel comfortable scanning it as there is a strict copyright on it (and that is probably why it is not available online).
Have you considered obtaining a copy from a seller in another country? Some have world-wide shipping. For example, Mecca Books in the US has world-wide shipping and they have the book you're looking for. Or, perhaps the publisher would be able to help (e-mail at bottom of page).

sister acacia there is no copyright on islamic books as long as you don't omit or add anything to the content, that's the reason why they copyright, and about sharing you can share it with members only. Many other books(islamic) which are copyrighted can be found on net, after all Mashaykh's wants people to get ilm from them. wassalam

for "Members Only" is not really an option as non member visitors are just as important and need information just as much so we want to share with all.
However, if there's any other specific reason it's only to be shared with members then all attachments on the forum are only accessible to members anyway.
"Notes" will not be changing contents but notes should preferably be on a separate file and not part of the actual file.
"Copyright" - age old issue. I leave that decision to the person sharing
