Recently China was in news. They destroyed a near orbit satellite through battery of powerful laser guns on ground. This is real exhibition of one's power to the opponent.

I am very curious what do you think the people of GAZA should do at this present moment in time.?

Do dua for a cease fire.

Quote:
Simply present themselves to the Israelis and ask them to do as they please to them?

Again dua.

Quote:
What solution are you offering?

We woke up late, we would have worked on scientific research and prepare military hardware to trouble the enemy. We missed it, we are busy with sending bear foot soldiers with toy guns (relatively) to go the battle field and killed (virtual suicide). so only option left is live with whatever dignity we have.
Quote:
More over what solution does the Quran and Sunnah offer to the oppressed?

If you can't fight, knowing very well we are incomparable with the enemy, tease them with toy guns and make them desperate to come to negotiating table, negotiate, sulah, treaty and other solutions.

If I'm not mistaken, even the miswak won the Muslim army the war before it even started!

It's also not "recommended" or "must" but "can" if they had to! It's all down to OBEDIENCE!

The numbers will be reduced further due to wahn, especially among the nationalists. In fact the numbers moving away from the Muslim population will easily join the other 6 billion.

Husbunallahu wa ni'mal wakeel!

Question

A very famous incident is always mentioned regarding the virtues of using miswak.

In a certain battle the Muslims were suffering some loss. So the leader pondered over the matter and came to the conclusion that this great sunnah was being left out. He then commanded the army to use the miswak. When the enemy saw this, they became afraid and fled thinking that the Muslims are sharpening their teeth to eat them.

Is this a true story? If yes then in which battle did it take place and who was the leader?

Answer

I have not come across a narration like this.

Some non Hadith books mention this incident as happening to ‘Abdullah ibn Mubarak (rahimahullah). However there is no chain of narrators mentioned.

Imam Tabari (rahimahullah) has recorded an incident in his Tarikh which is quite different from the one in question. Here is a summary of that incident:

Rustum An Najaf had sent a spy to spy on the Muslims. The spy had seen the Muslims using the miswak for every Salah. When this spy returned, Rustum asked him “What do they eat?” He replied: ” I have not seen them eat anything except that they suck on a stick in the morning, evening and when they sleep”. (Tarikh Tabari, vol. 4 pg. 358)

This narration does not have any mention of the Muslims losing in the battle etc. However it is the closest possible story I could locate to the one posed in the question.

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best

The point of that Hadith being narrated is that in those times if the Sahaba were losing a war their attention wasn't diverted towards nuclear weapons and cruise missiles. Their thoughts were that we are losing because we are missing some Sunnah of the Prophet (saw). That's what we are supposed to take from this.

Not 2 billion, just the 313. That's all that is needed. Unfortunately that's the dilemma for us Muslims. Amongst our 2 billion we don't even have that 313. We still should fight. Better to die in the path of Allah than letting the kuffar enslave us.

I still fail to see the logic of your argumentation.

Success and failure and victory and defeat are in the hands of ALLAH he alone has power all things.

As for your ramblings about toy guns, ALLAH through his infinite power can take the smallest of means, and turn them into success. That is the way of our PROPHET (saw), and those who followed his example and Islamic history is replete with many such examples.

When studying the life our Prophet (saw) a non-Muslim was moved to write and concede the following.

In his book Histoire de la Turquie (1854), Alphonse de Lamartine writes:” If greatness of purpose, smallness of means, and astounding results are the three criteria of human genius, who could dare to compare any great man in modern history with Muhammad?”

1. Rasulullah SAS didn't sent army to Rome and Persia on day one, why?

2. Rasulullah SAS sent spies to estimate the strength of baatil, depending on relative strength of haq, strategies were framed.

3. All wars were not won with miswak. And every war was not badr.

4. I fully agree that all wars were not won based on superiority of military hardware of ahle haq. But military power were relatively not very far from the baatil. Or different strategy was formulated. Like Ahzaab, trench.

5. Today we are advised to go and just get killed. And we are told that as number of lives lost increases, more nusrah of Allah can be expected. I say, Lives must be saved wherever possible.

6. Why lives have to be lost in defense of one's home land. Allah's world is very vast.
Do hijrah.

No Muslim ruler helps, everyone gives lip service. Why should these rulers sacrifice their desires for some one else.

Today, how many Muslim families have sacrificed their desires for oppressed brothers in other part of world.

We have to acquire science and technology, today, we are hundred years behind, so we may have to run with full speed.

A lot of false equivalency and a complete ignorance,
of the Palestinian cause.

I can’t be bothered to answer all your points.

The Palestinians did not send an army to invade someone else’s land. They were invaded and occupied. They don’t need to send spies to gauge the strength of the Zionist army, they have been living under its occupation for 75 years.

They cannot, should, not and will not surrender their land and homes. Or abandon Bait Ul Muqdas. If they get killed they are shaheed and they will be in Jannah Insha’Allah with the Shuhadah of Badr.

We continue to seek Allah Ta’ala's forgiveness through dua, recognising its essence in worship. While the enemy bravely besieges hospitals, the freedom fighters' success against superior forces is attributed to Allah's aid, linked to their Taqwa. The enemy acknowledges precision in attacks since October 7, a sign of Allah's support. The Qur'an highlights victories as Allah's doing. In Badr, sand thrown by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) incapacitated the disbelievers by Allah's decree. May Allah's aid intensify for the freedom fighters.

Hazrat Abdullah ibn e Amr RA narrates that Rasulullah SAS said:
Do you know who will be the first to be admitted to jannah amongst the creations of Allah?
The Sahabah said : Allah and his messenger know better.
He said: The first to enter Jannah, amongst the creations of Allah will be the poor emigrants. Through them frontiers are guarded and in difficult times they provide a protection for the security of others. When any of them dies, his needs remain buried in his chest, unfulfilled... Allah will say to those angels He desires: go to them and greet them with Salam. The angels will say: O our Rabb! We are the inhabitants of the Heavens and from the best of your creations, You command us to go and greet them with Salaam? Allah will say: These are those of my slaves who worshiped Me and ascribed no partners to Me. Through them frontiers were defended: in difficulties they were used on the front lines and security was ensured through them. When any of them died, his needs remained within his chest, unfulfilled. Thus the angels will come to them from every door of Jannah, Saying: السلام علیکم Peace be upon your for your patience; indeed what a supreme end you have achieved:

Ibn-e-Habban
