Russia itself is besieged by a union formed by the western countries against it.
So he is trying to build a counter alliance against the west, this is just one of his tactics.
Putin is a master political tactician, he is embracing all and sundry who have grievances against America and it's allies.

Nothing to do with a policy change.. He is looking out of the interests of himself and his country. Whilst the donkeys ruling the Muslim world are looking to out do each other in betraying the Deen and the ummah.

I don't know whether this happened earlier, American economy is in news for wrong reasons.

Interest payments on the debt now exceed national defense spending.

Economists are divided on whether this debt poses a serious threat to economic stability or remains manageable with economic growth.

Political debates focus on whether to cut spending or increase taxes to address the growing debt.

Debt owed by the American doesn't mean much. They can simply borrow more. Some companies are too big to fail and so is the USA.

El Salvador ranks 114th in the world for GDP Purchasing power parity per capita. He talks about USD falling but his country uses it and they also uses bitcoin. He's part of a crowd that thinks crypto currency will replace Fiat currency. If it could then USA would be the first one to introduce it.

Since January 2020 the debt has ballooned by 50% from $23 trillion to $35 trillion.

Interest on the debt is also skyrocketed with higher rates, averaging around 5% lately.

Interest on the debt is on pace for $1.5 trillion next year, about 30% of all govt revenue collected.

Honestly, the USA’s debt doesn’t really matter. Think about it—who's actually going to stop them from borrowing more? The US is in a unique position where they can keep borrowing, and nothing major will happen to them.

First off, the US dollar is the world's main reserve currency. Countries everywhere hold loads of their reserves in dollars and US debt. Because of this, there's always a high demand for US Treasuries, which means the US can keep borrowing at decent rates.

Then there's the fact that the Federal Reserve can just print more money. Sure, it might not make traditional economic sense, but the Fed can create money to pay off the debt. Yes, this could lead to inflation, but the US has managed to handle inflation pretty well in the past.

And let’s not forget, countries with their own strong currency, especially one as influential as the dollar, can handle much higher debt levels than others. The US has a massive economy that can generate a lot of revenue, even if a big chunk goes toward paying interest.

So, while the debt numbers might look scary, the USA’s debt doesn’t matter as much as people think. The combination of global trust in the dollar, the ability to print money, and a strong economy means the US can keep borrowing without too much worry.

No one dreamt that erstwhile USSR will fall.
Similarly if cries of the persecuted works, the hidden facts shall get exposed and downfall will be imminent. And entire world community shall suffer.

The rouble was never a reserve currency and its communist polices/central planning contributed to its downfall.

A bit like your India who were looking at into a financial in 1992 where they followed USSR style policies, they abandoned this post 1992, liberalized their economy and now their reserves are full.

That's communism for you, it does not provide for people's aspiration and it suppressed people's needs like business and religion unlike the West. No one was clamoring to go to USSR. However people were clamouring n still are to go to Western countries.
