If Israel agrees to the ceasefire, Ben Gvir and Smotrich will collapse the Netanyahu government and unprecedented upheaval in Israeli society will begin. Israel's gigantic internal rift, temporarily papered over by the trauma of October 7 and war on Gaza, will exacerbate to new levels, potentially collapsing the State of Israel.

If Israel rejects, it will further cement its status as an international pariah, and only delay the inevitable.

Israel has no good options because it is a prisoner of its own Zionist ideology. Hamas won on October 7. Israel will admit defeat or destroy itself.

Article on Middle East Monitor, yesterday stated that America has threatened Pakistan with sanctions if they sign a trade agreement with Iran. But no such threats to India who already have trade relations with Iran worth Billions.
