Assalamu Alaykum,

No matter what I said about their weak practices in verification of questions received, methods and language, I cannot hide from the fact that their rulings come from the highest of Taqwa and hatred of evil.

Here are some extracts of their Fatwas with some of my input or how I would have answered it:

THE PROHIBITION OF SHUTTING DOWN THE MASAAJID
www.themajlis.info/23152/prohibition-of-shutting-down-the...

Question:
Quote:
Assalamu Alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakaatuh

Our Honorable Shaikh,

With regards to your comments related to the fatwa which prohibits the (observance of) the five (daily) Salaats in the Masaajid in order to prevent the spread of the virus, is it not so that there is some scope of validity in their fatwa? i.e. (the principle of) warding off a greater evil (by committing the lesser of the two evils). Especially considering the fact that a person may unknowingly be a carrier of the virus in its inception stages and he then performs Salaat with the general (Muslim) public which could be a cause for the transmission of the virus.

Quotes from Answer:
Quote:
The invalidity of the fatwa to close the Masaajid and to prevent Salaat out of fear of contracting the virus is not blurred and indiscernible to those who have recognised the reality of Islam, Imaan and Tauheed.

Here the scholar identified the importance of Imaan and Tauheed. The way the Sahaabah would take arrows in Salaah and not realise.

Quote:
Leave alone those who are conversant with the auxiliary issues (of Islam, Imaan and Tauheed), this fatwa is not even befitting of those who are only conversant of the primary and fundamental issues (of Islam, Imaan and Tauheed). That fatwa is merely one of the (negative) effects of the rebellious, materialistic, secular Western culture which has transformed man into a profit generating commodity over which, in the name of socialism, it’s destruction and the material loss which will be borne by the state is feared; or, in the name of freedom and liberation, this Western culture has transformed man into a god which is to be worshipped instead of Allah to the extent that this worldly life of prosperity is more important to them than to the prosperity of man’s Deen, Imaan and Aakhirat as espoused by Islam which has legislated Jihaad and fighting in the path of Allah and spending our lives and wealth in order for the Ahkaam (laws) of Islam to prevail.

The scholar identified the ruling to shut down the Masjid as low and not even worthy of consideration which is 100% correct and his reasons have also been proven to be true like with the Ulamaa or Wifaq and Al-Balaagh being sold out to Pharmaceutical industries and putting their own GP profit interests before the safety of mankind.

However, I would have first addressed the incorrect question. The questioner said, "Especially considering the fact that a person may unknowingly be a carrier of the virus in its inception stages and he then performs Salaat with the general (Muslim) public which could be a cause for the transmission of the virus."

The answer started correctly by addressing the weak Imaan of the materialistic scholars that allowed for Masaajid to shut down. Then address the fact that question bears false information about the virus. It's not proven to actually exist. That's all that matters. It's a fictional fairy tale and everything is based on this fictitious Covid-19. Every agency, health organisation around the world has confirmed no one has a sample of the virus. It simply does not exist. Therefore any ruling based on that is invalid.

FATWA OF THE CANADIAN IMAMS
THE IGNORANCE AND DEVIATION OF THE CANADIAN IMAMS THEIR BASELESS, STUPID VACCINE ‘FATWA’

www.themajlis.info/23132/fatwa-of-the-canadian-imams

I'll just quote the first part:

Quote:
A liberal/modernist council of imams of Canada states in its statement in support of the satanic covid call of the atheists:

“Due to the strong compulsion and compelling urgency to save lives and stop the spread of the disease, vaccines are strongly recommended.”

This misleading and deceptive claim is utterly baseless, lacking in entirety in Shar’i daleel. This kuffaar bootlicking cartel of Canadian imams has not presented any evidence from the Shariah for their “strong compulsion and compelling urgency to save lives and stop the spread of the disease”. Their entire case is the product of meekly submitting to whatever has been disgorged by the atheists and munaafiqeen who are primarily these doctors who masquerade as Muslims whilst their hearts are saturated with kufr and nifaaq. Thus, their conclusion is based on what they say are “consultations with medical advisors and at the request of many Muslim medical practitioners, healthcare providers and concerned Muslims.” This entire cartel is person’a non grata in Shar’i terms.

Again, strong language but I simply cannot fault them for it because this is the reality. These so called committees and scholars who sell their souls to liars and psychopaths to please the Kuffar when the Qur'aan clearly states they'll never be pleased with you. Imagine encouraging harmful poisons to your Muslim brothers and sisters?

Think about which group you fall into.

Ma Sha Allah. Hadrhat Moulana did also speak with the Head Muftis in Binnori Town through me during the height of the Pandemic when I left Canada to come to Karachi in 2019.

I am so used to Muslims being pathetically desperate for the approval of kuffar and mushrikeen, that it is almost surprising to read fatwas that actually express hatred of kufr.
