How Does Monkeypox Spread?

Monkeypox spreads when a person comes in contact with an animal or a person who has the virus. Transmission occurs through:

Direct contact with an infected person’s bodily fluids, sores, scabs or respiratory droplets. This can also occur through cuddling, kissing or sex.
Contact with recently contaminated materials exposed to skin lesions, including clothing or bedding.
Scratches or bites from an infected animal, preparing or eating meat or other products from an infected animal, or direct contact with an infected animal’s blood, bodily fluid or sores.

Prevention of Monkeypox Infection

Anyone can get monkeypox, but it can be prevented by limiting close contact with people with confirmed or suspected monkeypox and by vaccination.

Take the following precautions to help prevent monkeypox infection:

Avoid close contact with people who have been diagnosed with monkeypox or who have signs and symptoms of monkeypox, including fever and rash; this includes not sharing bedding, towels, and utensils used by the infected individual, which may be contaminated with the virus from skin lesions.
Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
If it is necessary to be in close contact with someone with monkeypox, wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose and wash your hands frequently with soap and warm water.
Monkeypox can spread between the time symptoms first appear until the time the rash has fully healed.

If you suspect you have monkeypox or have been diagnosed with monkeypox, there are steps you should take to help prevent spreading the disease to others, including all guidance from your local department of health:

If you have an active rash or other symptoms, stay in a separate room or area away from people or pets you live with, when possible.
Isolate at home until all of your skin lesions have scabbed and other symptoms have resolved.
Wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth if you must be around others.

To be precise it is transmitted through gay sex. But possibilities are that it can spread airborne and physical contacts (other than sex).

Life is not a cricket test match, or 4 quarters of a hockey match, let us not take chances.

It hurts when pious ladies are exposed on hospital beds.

Hadith in Sahih Bukhari,
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said that eating seven Ajwa dates in the morning will protect a person from poison and magic for the day.

The incident of Prophet SAS stopping Hazrath Ali RA from eating dates, because his eyes were infected.

Proactive precautions are also recommended.

1. Precautions are not against tawakkul.
2. Along with duas, using asbaab is sunnah.

'MUJTAHIDS' LIKE RAIN-FROGS

Nowadays, like rain-frogs, numerous 'mujtahids' have mushroomed. Their outstanding feature is to mutilate and distort the ahkaam (laws) of the Deen. This is their occupation night and day. They have made the ahkaam of Islam a target for practice. They expend their entire intellectual ability to nibble at the Deen. Undoubtedly, these claimants of Islam cause greater harm to Islam and the Ummah than aliens (the kuffaar).

These people (the modernist zindeeqs) masquerading as 'friends' of Islam and Muslims are in reality enemies. Under guise of Islam, they engage in the destruction of the Deen and the Ummah. While they conspire to destroy the Deen, they are in fact destroying themselves. Islam will remain pure forever.

They say that they understand the Qur'aan and Hadith better than the Ulama. On the basis of this corrupt understanding they interpolate and transmogrify the Shariah. The changes they wrought in the meanings and concepts of Islam are worse than the changes which a total ignoramus effects in the text of the Qur'aan. In this manner with their interpolation they destroy their Aakhirat. May Allah Ta'ala bestow righteous intellect to them.

How this lecture is related to my quoted saheeh hadeeth? Explain.....

Where do you differ in the quoted hadith.

I repeat the hadeeth

Musa b. Talha RA reported:

I and Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) happened to pass by people near the date-palm trees. He (the Holy Prophet) said: What are these people doing? They said: They are grafting, i. e. they combine the male with the female (tree) and thus they yield more fruit. Thereupon Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: I do not find it to be of any use. The people were informed about it and they abandoned this practice. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) (was later) on informed (that the yield had dwindled), whereupon he said: If there is any use of it, then they should do it, for it was just a personal opinion of mine, and do not go after my personal opinion; but when I say to you anything on behalf of Allah, then do accept it, for I do not attribute lie to Allah, the Exalted and Glorious.
